This location discriminate and practice racism against people of color me and my fiancé walked in at 9pm, the cashier did not greet us. He continued to be on the phone and pretended to have a conversation for 30 minutes obviously trying to make us walk out. He didn’t even say hello can you give me a sec. He just held the phone pretending to be on the phone with someone else, once he seen that we will not leave. Being that me and my fiancé was very hungry. we both work 10 hour shifts him being a truck driver me being a daycare teacher Pizza was very convenient for the moment, We ask about the $9.99 special with any toppings. He said yes, we have that we ordered our pizza with two drinks and it came out to $23 My fiancé said why is it $23 if it’s a $9.99 special. The cashier said oh yeah, I made a mistake. Then he pretended to have technical difficulties with his screen And started speaking gibberish like he didn’t speak English, but we heard him speak English with the coworkers in the back right before we walked up to the register. It was obvious he did not want us to patronize this business, and there was a white lady behind us who completed her order with no problem. This place actively practice discrimination in 2025. I'm done with this location and probably Dominos in general. I used to go every week for years (and gave a 5 star review back then) but about 6 months ago I picked up a pizza and half the cheese was missing. I don't know where it went. It wasn't even stuck to the top of the box. It was just not there and they handed that to me like it's all fine. I just tossed it and ate the cost instead of the food. Then I figured today I would give them another chance. First, they made it wrong. Missing a topping, which they caught before I got there and remade it. Okay, fine, not a good start to a second chance, but whatever. So I'm waiting, and another customer comes in and pays cash and the guy making the dough handles the money and then just right back to making the dough, which that's just gross. It’s sad how people think it’s okay to deny someone food. Talked to an immature little girl that kept playing telephone with me pretending not to hear me. After calling back repeatedly to place my order ( very respectfully) she continued to say this location doesn’t deliver to apartments in tinley that I was out the area when I’m literally 7 minutes away… I Ofcourse wasn’t going to argue with a child like mindset and ordered delivery online.
