I usually order through the drive through but I figured to save time I'd try the app... I specifically ordered the glazed old fashioned munchkins no chocolate because of an allergy.. when I went to the window I asked the lady to make sure there would only be glazed old fashioned... She opened the box and said oh no there's chocolate and glazed. I showed her what I ordered and asked if she could get the ones I ordered. Her manager came by the window and said they ONLY come assorted which is weird because the app allows you to pick which ones you would like. They also have a sign that says if you have an allergy please inform us... When my friend picked it up the manager lecture her and told her she “delt with her employee “ and she told my friend to tell me we aren’t supposed to being doing that (in a very rude tone).
