If they had 0 I would put 0 this company is by far the worst to work for ever. My first day I start I was told to be there by 6am and managers were so unorganized they did not show up till 7am and when she got there she was on the phone laughing away and told the other manager she got there at 6:30 saying I was a lier after I had proof.The women that showed up late was suppose to train me but did not instead she left me there she left to go to other things as she said and said she would be back and the whole 10 hour shift she did not return so I was not traing at all but thrown to the wolfs. So I spoke to another lady named Krupa gave it another chance to only go back and get treat unprofessional again because I was being a burden so I quiet. So the next day I sent her a message of my pay and she said I never did paper work but only because the days she was suppose to go she never came no call no show smh. So instead she told me because I don't want to work I can call my self and more very unprofessional things but I did and I have been given the run around about my pay for 3 weeks and yet to receive it I call and the man say 3 days I call again he says another 3 I call again ooo it has to be signed so you won't get it till Monday. At times they don't answer and do not call me back and I have gotten hung up on. Then when I say I will be calling cooperate I get told your a big girl do what you have to do and told they do not have the number I have to find it. So by far worse job to take so unprofessional no training they leave you alone so much more. I'm tired of staying quiet people need to know how they are running there company and how they speak to people. I ordered a butter pecan and caramel shake at the drive thru. I sat there at the window At least ten to fifteen minutes. The guy scooping ice cream at the counter was so ridiculously slow. Once he finally got around to making my shake, He finally brought it to me and I could tell it was as runny. When I said to him it was too thin.He said oh I was trying to make it thicker and when i tasted it.I'm like there's ice chips in it.This is a Supposed to be a shake not an iced coffee. I asked him to make it again. The second time as I watched him , I realized he didn't put an incarmel in it , but that at that point I didn't Even care. Then he handed me another runny milk consistency cup. At that pointI just asked for a refund. Read moreI have never had such a bad experience in my life. The disrespect that I have received from these workers is absolutely unimaginable. I truly cannot believe that they talk to their customers in the way they do. I asked for an iced coffee and received a hot coffee at the drive through. When I received the iced coffees, they were disgustingly hot. It seemed as if they just poured the hot coffees into a cup and put ice in it. So me and my friend went down and kindly told the worker that made our drinks that it was warm and watery. He took the drinks and from the back, he hollered at us that they were not warm. I told him kindly that they indeed were warm. He continued hollering at us from the back that the drinks were now warm and he wouldn’t remake the drinks for us. So I had to take it a step further and tell him that he has no right to talk to a customer in the way he did. I told him that I am a paying customer and he is a worker which means that he needs to make my drink the way I want it. He had no right to yell and argue with me over my drink.
