McDonald's — Restaurant in Orland Township

I was given french fries that were still half frozen. when I asked the manager, Lisa, if I could have french fries that were hot and cooked, she had an attitude. she told me that I should have ordered them fresh cooked, and I would have to wait 4 minutes. I had a timer going in my car for traveling which was in a holder. She told me it was illegal to have a recording and she called the police; Lisa told them that I was recording them! At this point, just refund my $$$$$. She refused to refund my money. She locked the window and stopped orders in the drive thru. I showed her my empty hands and tried to explain that I was not recording anything and simply had a timer for traveling. Lisa continued in making a false report, recording me and taking pictures of me and my vehicle. I am dumb founded as to what just happened? I guess its a crime to ask for hot, cooked french fries from Lisa!! Really McD’s. This was totally unnecessary and since when is it a crime to ask for cooked french fries and btw, taxi drivers have timers in their vehicles...

The biggest struggle. The girl took my order and got it wrong all I wanted was a dbl cheeseburger with Mac sauce large fries and a coke when I got to the window they gave me two dbl cheeseburger no fries and no drink when I addressed it they tell me I have to get back in line!!!! WHAT?!?! for what your giving me my food wrong this isn't what I ordered why would I get back in line he said cause we only charged you for 2 dbl cheeseburger but again not what I ordered, I will pay the difference if there is one cause I this point I paid more for 2 burgers than what cost for fries and drink made no sense at all! Then I have to wait for cold food! I understand these are thr young generation that needs to learn and most likely first Jon but TRAIN them!!!!! For the most part this McDonald's is pretty decent I've only had one issue and they did correct it. I ordered a McDouble and there was no one in the line in front of me. Just needed a little something to put on my stomach since I had not eaten in hours. I got the sandwich and started eating it as I drove to work. The bread was tough and the meat was cold as if the sandwich had been sitting out for a good while. I ended up having a through about half of it away because it was just disgusting. I went back about two nights later and let the employee at the window know what had happened and they made me a brand new sandwich for free. It was extremely better than the previous sandwich.
