Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies — Restaurant in Orland Township

Today was my 1st time at Robeks. I had a big order paid over $100+ on my order plus tip since it was a big order. I apologized in advanced for my large order prior making the order. At the time it was only 1 employee there. So I told her to feel free to assist 2 costumers behind me. Which she did, by this time a 2nd employee had started her shift. So the 1st cashier said this order has such and such. She cursed and asked who had this order? It doesn't matter who has the order...this is your job! Well the 1st cashier did tell her is the lady on the corner or whatever. A costumer standing by me shook head had and told me "don't feel bad. I used to work on a smoothie place and it's not that difficult". So by the time they finished my order.... I thank the 2nd employee...and she completely ignored me. I was unable to carry all my stuff to my car so I made a 2nd trip to get my order. I then thank the1st staff member and a 3rd staff member that had just walked in. And thank me as well. I didn't get names..but it doesn't matter. This is a costumer job. I was not rude to them at all. I could've easiky requested a refund...but i didnt. I really wanted to try this place. The reason I was treated like that it was because of...

I recently visited Robeks Juice and was thoroughly impressed with both the food and the service. I ordered the avocado toast with egg and bacon bits, and it exceeded my expectations. The toast was delicious and flavorful, and the portion size was quite generous. Every bite was a delightful mix of creamy avocado, perfectly cooked egg, and crispy bacon bits that added a nice crunch.

I also tried one of their green smoothies, with an added twist of ginger upon my request. The staff were more than happy to accommodate my preference, and the result was amazing. The smoothie was refreshing, with the ginger adding a perfect zing to the mix. It was easily one of the best smoothies I've had, like Jamba Juice but better.

The friendliness of the staff is worth noting. They were attentive and welcoming, making my experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back here again. Overall, I highly recommend Robeks. Their delicious food, fantastic smoothies, and excellent customer service make it a standout spot. 10 out of 10...

All kinds of goodness going on in here. Customer service was exceptional. The young lady that took my order was super friendly, tons of energy and knowledgeable.She suggest and suggest again. I came in for a juice packed with veggies, pineapple and lemon. I forgot to mention I wanted a juice. She recommended queens of All Greens. I was allowed to modify to my liking. To my surprise, All fresh veggies!!! No frozen which is an A+ for me. I looked over and bam, on the menu was an Avocado toast. With fresh Avocado, and eggs. No spread! I ordered that as well. The young lady offerd me a sample of the Evergreen Juice. Bingo! Thats what I was looking for. I found my new favorite juice drink. My smoothie and juice was delicious however, the Avocado toast is good looking, good tasting and the portion size is huge. They are not light on the toppings.
