This place is just horrifyling disgusting. Floors have gum that has been there since ancient times. Dust and debri accumalated like snowflakes where we will inhale from our noses once that goes up into the atmosphere. I've seen black Beatles on the clothes, just chilling like it's sun bathing.
Bathrooms are even gross. One time I walked in there was a huge brownish "stain" like liquid substance that must be biohazardess to my health, but seeing an associate cleaning the bathrooms is something that I would like to call, pity. Very pity. That's suppose to be the janitors job, but sadly this company don't have one. Oh well. Shouldn't had to be that way.
Prices soaring like eagles flying. Who prices them?? Your company must be greedy like Uncle Sam who refers from the IRS. "We want YOU" should be your company's slogan so that you can take our money and not use it on beneficial profits and organizations. What a huge joke this store has to offer.
My wife went there, saw a pants that she likes and wants to get it but the tag fell off. Someone repriced it at the back and it was 2 dollars MORE than what it should've been originally. That's the definition of greediness.
Your employees looked exhausted and tired. I wonder why. (you failed them). Heard that this pays minimum wage. Lower than other retail stores pay their employees and even they are doing well above average.
I onced work with this same company but in a different location and I can tell you, getting spied on the cameras, setting you up for disaster, yelled at by the managers, cleaning up the gross bathroom, very little training, unorganized, very creepy workers and most of all, LOW WAGE. 14 PER HOUR IS NOT GOOD.
And yeah, I had to witness an associate getting yelled at by the manager a while back and that made me so angry.
I will give an F on this building inspection because water keeps dripping from the ceiling and making loud...
Read morePlease do not donate you items here! Most people when they donate items, their goal is to help out others unfortunately when you donate here, that is not true. They massively over price items! At any time you can walk through the store and find with in seconds several items marked with new prices for the used items. When savers prices donations like this it's not just greedy it also causes that item not to sell and then it's sent to a garbage dump. The manager told me herself they get more donations then they can even put out! 2 employees told me 90% of the games and toys end up in the trash because of over pricing! A typical used board game missing pieces sells for 7 dollars! No one is going to pay that for a used game. All blankets are prices 35 dollars and up! I would be on board if this was a nonprofit company, but they are not! They are for profit! And they told many people lies saying all their profits go-to the epalepsey foundation. NO, NOT TRUE! I think they got in trouble for that lie because it's now on a little sign on the store that they give less then 10% of profits to chairity! Please don't let your items end up in the trash because of greed on savers behalf! There are a few other NOT FOR PROFIT thrift stores in Orland Park, please donate there, so that your items will end up with someone that can use them and 100% of the profit will go-to chairity, Rather then the greedy owners pocket! PS I tried calling corporate about all of this and they could not be bothered to call back! Also don't just take my word for it, check out Google reviews many people are saying the same thing! Thank you...
Read moreCustomer service âHOT MESSâ, stealing from customer after purchasing items based on the fact the items were almost new!! We purchased furniture paid for it and explained that we needed to pick up the next day. We werenât able to return to the store to pick up the items due to an emergency, so we did what responsible individuals would do we call and explain our situation and was told by an employee that the next day wouldnât be a problem. We return on the next day to pick up our purchase only to find out that part of my items werenât there. The sold them or did they steal them from a sale of sold items only to use their store policy as an excuse to not have the remaining furniture. I spoke with the manager âBeaâ, who repeated every store policy imaginable, but had no empathy for the situation. When I asked for the corporate # she sarcasticly told me to call back and press the number to talk with Emily. After long sighs of discuss and frequent reminders she finally stated that she would return money for 2 of the itemsđ¤ little to say I purchased 10 items and left with 6 đ¤. The personality of these people who are given items for free and now they are on top of the world speaking reckless, immaturely, and making poor decisions. I have given free stuff to them đ¤ âReallyâ!!!! I will continue to post this until my fingers are tired!!! How dare you disregard that you work with dishonest individuals where in house Thievery Exist!!! So much for giving to charities who donât understand...
