Bubbakoo's Burritos — Restaurant in Orlando

I really wish I didn't have to come back on here and change a positive 5 star review to a negative one but I'm so in shock. I've ordered from this place so many times and I'm so disappointed.

Whatever lazy people who worked on the night of June 30th 2024 needs to be fired. I used to work in the food industry so I am very understanding in what's going on which is why I like doing reviews to show appreciation for businesses and employees.

I guess they were closing soon which I didn't know until I tried to call when I received my order and there was no answer. If I knew they were closing I would have never ordered because I know how annoying that could be. And that is STILL not a reason to mess up orders. Never have I EVER!

My order was missing 3 main ingredients including the GUACAMOLE in the GUAC bowl. It's called a guac bowl and you have the audacity to give it to me with no guac? Are you serious? How does that even make sense to do? That's the "protein" of the bowl. On top of that the fajita veggies weren't in there and the tortilla wasn't on the side either.

By the time the disaster was given to me the restaurant was closed so Uber was giving me such a hard time with a refund. I had to send them a picture and they couldn't really tell what they were supposed to be looking for, so they said the order looked correct and couldn't refund me for the bowl. If it was open, I could have at least called and told them to fix it through their tablet.

So, I'm assuming they were near closing and ran out for the night/didn't want to start new batches. That is completely understandable. I personally would have called the customer and cancelled the order. What is UNACCEPTABLE is for you to send me the Order with three main ingredients missing and make me pay for it. It's ridiculous. REFUND ME!

Another place ruined by terrible customer service and lack of common sense.

Listen, I love this place. I ordered from Bubba’s all the time there’s one guy in there I really like to make my food because he has the best energy and he’s not a cheapskate. I don’t know which One is named Nathan. It’s probably the white guy with the ponytail with the stink attitude but he puts literally barely anything in the bowl that I ordered regardless if I order in-store or online it is very frustrating especially because I spend nearly $20 each time I order and I order the same fuking thing every time and there’s barely any rice in the bowl, barely any lettuce in the Bowl, barely any guac in the bowl, barely any anything in the bowl!!!!! there’s more Nashville hot sauce in the bowl than anything else. Now why would I only wanna just taste Nashville hot sauce?!?!? There’s barely any steak in the bowl and that’s the shit that cost more than anything else that I put in the bowl . Why am I seeing only five little pieces of steak? Why do I wanna just eat hot Sauce.? get it together, Nathan I don’t know why you being a cheapskate like you own the building unless you just trying to find a way not to make more food it’s crazy that I literally get barely anything. I would not waste no more money here if I’m gonna just keep receiving little bit of food and I’m not saying oh make me a mountain but when I come in and ask you for a meal that I want and I have to keep asking you to put more in the bowl for every single thing i ask for because you acting like a grain of rice is to much it’s a problem. Especially because I’m paying so much money just to eat here if you’re not gonna give people FOOD then don’t...

WOW. Just... wow :) I wasn't expecting dinner tonight to be •this• satsifying. I just wanted a decent burrito and steak quesadilla to feed the family. Something palatable---maybe even a little comforting.

I avoided burrito shops for a very long time because honestly, they often left my taste buds feeling betrayed. Like a silent heartbreak... my palate mourning what could've been.

But not tonight!!

I ordered the 《Crema Get The Money》burrito with steak---and you know what? It absolutely delivered. Perfectly balanced, incredibly flavorful, and surprisingly comforting.... like a long-lost flavor friend finally coming home. It hit all the right notes. My husband was so happy with this burrito :)

What really stood out though: Bobby coming out to check the quality of the ingredients at the serving station. He wasn't just giving it a glance. He was legit •inspecting•

I watched him as he scooped the meats, checked the texture, the sauce, the consistency---like a man on a mission to protect flavor integrity. You can't fake that level of care. I saw that. Witnessing someone care so much gave me chills. Reminded me of home.

Thank you guys for making our dinner not only a meal, but a highlight of our evening 💙

Bobby, your commitment to quality showed up loud and clear. My family and I are very fortunate you reminded us what a darn good burrito tastes...
