So I’ve been coming here and getting breakfast for the past three or four days now. I found out that they had the loaded croissant which comes with all the meat and I’ve been stuck on it ever since I tried it. I always get a side of hashbrowns with my meal and not one time has the hashbrowns been fresh. So this last time I decided to ask for them fresh. It was right when it opened there was nobody else in line and a manager is the one that took my order. So I get up to the window. She tells me to pull forward. Not even 30 seconds and she’s coming out with my food. I know it takes three minutes to cook hashbrowns. So I drive off thinking nothing of it and I get halfway down the road and I go to bite into one of the hashbrowns and they’re hot, but they’re also hard as a rock. I used to be a manager for an Arbys and I know what some people used to do. I wouldn’t allow it when I was on my shift, but sometimes people would already have some french fries cooked and they would just dunk them back in the grease for 30 seconds to heat them back up. If somebody asked for something fresh, you should give it to them fresh it’s not that hard you go to the freezer you take out whatever they want you put it in the basket you drop it. You hit the timer. It doesn’t take rocket scientist. I’m really disappointed that they did this to me. Not only that it was a manager. She had an attitude like she was just miserable like she didn’t even wanna be there, but I wasn’t holding up the line or anything like I said I was the first person in line. It even says when you pull up to the order box, what can I make fresh for you today? My stuff should’ve been fresh. I mean the sandwich wasn’t either but I always heat that up in the microwave when I get home anyway, but I really wanted my hashbrowns fresh. Don’t know why it was such a big deal to get fresh hashbrowns But I will never come back to this location again and it sucks because I literally live right down the road from it. I’ve also emailed corporate and have yet to get a response. I’m not one of those people that call corporate on everything, but this was...
Read moreLast night 06/24/2024 my daughter was picking up an order for her UberEats job at Burger King. Her car broke down at the Burger King. She had asked for help and NO ONE would help her. Once I got there we called for a tow truck and waited. We did have a long wait and decided let's go inside, order her food since she hadn't eaten and I needed to use the restroom. We waited in the line, there were two couples ahead of us. Once we get up to the counter the cashier walks away and does not return (we waited 15 minutes for them to come back) and NO ONE bothers to at least let us know they will be with us momentarily or anything! We then walked out as I was not the one to cause any kind of scene. I would advise Management to train better on customer service here. It takes but two seconds to let someone know you will be with them in just a moment. On top of that we did not say anything because I was not looking to argue with anyone so late (it was almost 10 pm) when I was also stressed over the fact that we were dealing with a possible car repair. All we wanted was to order a meal, use the restroom since we were waiting close to two hours for the tow truck to arrive and just try to relax from a stressful evening. I did not mind waiting as long as they would have at least taken the time to tell us someone will be with us shortly. They looked to be fully staffed as there were multiple people in the kitchen, the cashier, the person cleaning up and two of the employees were outside on break with only two orders ahead of us and one car in the drive thru. Management can you please train your staff on customer service better? I understand fast food is just that but maybe show compassion to a young woman obviously in distress from her car not working and just allow her to order some food while she patiently waits on a tow truck to arrive. Do better...
Read moreWent up to drive thru at 8:37pm not certain if they were open since their signs were turned off but libby lights turned on and saw 3 workers talking around the counter. NO ONE came on the intercom, and I said "hello" there times and even honked, and still got no response. I pulled up past 2nd window to look in and caught eyes with a worker who quickly turned her head and ignored me when I waved! I parked and went right in, to ask the 2 to workers who were standing over the counter, why I was being ignored! Two workers turned to a lady in back, when one worker had the intercom speaker right on him! Lady in back said "our intercom is down". I asked "why not tape up a sign to let your customers know to go inside?". Lady responded, "we can't do that, we get in trouble cause we're a franchise". I believe that's a flat out lie as I've seen other drive thrus do that before. The people in the lobby looked exhausted, as if they've had a long day and just didn't want to take anymore customers! They took my order and said it was on the house, cause I guess they didn't want to waste time ringing me up? Or maybe because they knew they were in the wrong?! I asked what time they're open until and they said midnight..... but apparently you have to go in to get any type of service. Owner should be notified, as this isn't a way to run a...
