Well good afternoon I hope all is well with you and yours I was in Burger King on kirkman road and I'm writing this with you because I have some serious concerns about the Burger King privately owned and Burger King corporate this store I think is a privately owned store The customer service manager was extremely I mean extremely friend but when I first walked in the restaurant was somewhat clean I start looking around in the restaurant The floors look like they didn't use hot mop water looking kind of greasy some towels and the ceiling need to be replaced start looking all around the kitchen I couldn't really see what the kitchen actually look like The public restroom was a wreck and had a really foul I mean a really foul order I looked in each stall in the men's restroom and it looked like they either didn't clean it properly or they didn't come and clean out the grease trap or the septic tank for as the restaurant waist because you know most restaurants that have two tanks one force like a grease trap and the other one is for human waste and I think that we got to do a little bit better Burger King can we get it back the way we had it before the outstanding restaurants I know you're struggling right now but ownership needs some help Yes people have not for the work for nickel and dimes anymore We understand that but your responsibility is not trying to tell you how to run your restaurant but I would think that you still need to keep that level of service and and make it worth the while Yes she cut back on labor Yes she only ordering just what you need Yes you're trying to meet your your bottom figure but at the same time the restaurant looking like I don't know what it looked like I ain't going to be rude to it but only thing that I'm saying that we got to do better and how we keep our restaurants looking I just posted something about 3 years ago or 4 years ago with Miller's ale House with extreme poor working condition and I'm about getting ready to see this because that's extreme poor working condition when you go in a public bathroom and it didn't look like it has not been cleaned and you look at the floor now just think if I had on something tennis shoes or it's a really hard bottom Stacy Adams shoes I probably would have broke my neck in there but overall service the food the french fries I order french fries it was nice and hot and crispy the manager can call her name was that Teresa sure of the manager's name but she was very friendly and outgoing but I would think we need to get these Burger King restaurant owners and on the corporate level up to speed is no reason why I restaurant should look like it look for no reason and your product that you're selling is still somewhat great still top-of-the-line that I think but we got to do better if you want people to come eat at Burger King again We got to do a new way and I would think if you want to hire me I got 4 years experience of managing sonics nobody on iDrive nobody can talk the record that we did 38 years ago Yes things have changed since then but you got to get the right people in there that's going to willing to work and do it right can't do it no way to kind of way and I would think that's why the sales and all of this stuff now yeah Cobra Cadillac to do with it but yes this is kind of leafy but we got to do better we got to get you back where you need where you first started when you first started everybody couldn't not resist Burger King it was one of the top of the line hamburger joints You know why McDonald's is so successful because the money that they make they turn it around in the store they pay the employees somewhat what their worth everybody every entity is not going to play pay their employees pretty much what they worth but McDonald's set the bar way hot that's why they are doing prospering somewhere because they know how to match the dollar You can rest for sure every 5 years or every 10 years they remodeling these stores because they know how to do it right it started out right that's what they're going to end up right so...
Read morei have absolutely no idea how this Burger King is still operating over its overhead cost.(obviously the franchise owner gets a percentage of the money employees regularly steal from customers, and by Steel I mean they will intentionally overcharged for items they will not ring things up halftime you can't get a receipt because I didn't ring in the food in the first place and will only ring it in if you pay with credit card but every time you pay with cash they refrain from giving you the receipt and try to charge you extra, the first time I noticed this I asked the woman for my receipt as I ordered the same thing all the time and I know the price by heart while she tried to charge me $2 more i ve visited this Burger King regularly for almost 2 years now being that it is the only restaurant that's open late-night hours that's extremely close to my home. over that said two years they have literally fail to provide even the most underlining attempts of providing customer service... The last five times that I have pulled through their drive-thru between the hours of 12 a.m. and 2 a.m. over the last probably too weak. I have gotten the same response from the speaker box, I'm sorry but our system is down over and over again I've heard this excuse 300 times in the last two years from this location I don't know how... I have gotten the same response from the speaker box, I'm sorry but our system is down over and over and I've heard this excuse 300 times in the last 2 years from this relocation I don't know how the operating manager or regional manager or whoever is in charge of this stores finances doesn't ask the question why are we not making any money at night literally why are we not making any sales at all I mean there has to be someone that can look at the reports and see that there is no sales being recorded in the early am hours... after I'm told that their systems down I pull around to see all the employees hanging out in the dining room heating with one or two customers or relatives or friends of family of the employees just hanging out just eating the other girls got her headset on taking drive-thru orders or not taking orders from a booth shoving french fries in her mouth as she takes the broom and sweep soft tables across from her with a dirty broom she is sweeping off the tables people eat on... hey Burger King you want to know what you should do to top McDonalds provide good customer service and consistent quality food all you have to do to be better than McDonald's is higher quality employees and train them properly your food's better menus better but your second hand generic fast food that can't even monitor employees well enough to ensure that they're not just sending customers away throughout the night just sending customers where that's all they're doing they're basically just saying hey no one's paying attention to what we're doing what's just not take any orders all night long this is literally happened five or six times in the last 2 weeks when I went to that drive-through there's no way a system is down at random zours five or six times out of 14 days or 35 or 40 times in the last year-and-a-half I s* you not I'm not exaggerating I've never had to call a customer service hotline for any other organization in my wife I've never felt it necessary enough to be Petty to call and complain about something but I must have called Burger King's hotline 15 times over the last year-and-a-half two years because of this one location for a while they're putting driving cones in their drive-thru so people wouldn't come through the drive-thru and making them come inside then they just started closing the inside and close in the Drive-Thru at night even though they were supposed to be open all night long and now it's just telling people that their system is down over and over again while they're just losing all kinds of Revenue just absolutely pathetic...
Read more8 MONTHS PREGNANT & BADLY TREATED by Staff & Manager on Duty! What started with a simple craving ended up as the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered in orlando! Im 8 Months Pregnant, so me and my husband decided to go through the drive-through, mamas out there will know how you feet get swollen at this stage and how you feel so tired all the time, as soon as we pulled up my husband asked the lady if they had the snack wrap which she proceeded to say they were out as well as no chicken fries, crispy onions and etc, he replied thank you for letting us know , she said well have a good night then , he replied saying that he still wanted to order something and we just needed a minute to check the app , the lady made a sound like "oughhhh" I looked at my husband and he looked at me surprised, upon checking on the app we saw a promotion for a Free Whooper Jr with a $1 purchase , so my husband told the lady we were ready to order and that we wanted to place 2 separate orders , one for me and one for him but she started to cut him asking him what he wanted, he tried to give her his code but she continued to cut him off saying " is that all "? He said no , my wife has a separate code and order. When we moved to the window to pay the amount due was higher and not reflecting the promotional deal , when we asked her " why is this total , were you able to apply the code for my 2 orders? " she said " OMD , oughhh " that promotion was only valid yesterday ( the national cheeseburger day was on sep 18 23 , we were there today sep 19 23 ) I opened the app and showed her the promotion available today and the code , so she said again OMH oughh you just gotta pay, that is when her manager a lady with braids and blue hair attached to it jumped in without even talking to us , or asking what was happening , yelled at us saying thay in order to use this code we had to do an online order to which we replied that the app gave us both options order at the restaurant or online and we showed her the burger king app and the terms and conditions on the promotion, she then raised her voice saying that we had to have 2 separate orders in order to use 2 codes, so we told her that is what we are trying to do but the agent won't listen to us, as I was saying that she cut me and said " COME INSIDE" and walked away from the window, so me and my husband went inside , mind you my swollen feet were killing me after a long day, when we came inside she finally " listened " to us and help us place the order which the system gave her no problems with the code , all they had to do was take our order normally. The agents were so rude, so unpleasant, they were yelling, no name tags, the manager was wearing a black shirt with " RELENTLESS " written on it. She was telling us how stressful the national cheeseburger day was for then and apologized for the inconvenience. I understand stressful days happen however this is not an excuse for you to storm on people or project yours frustrations on them, I myself have worked with customer service in the hospitality industry for over 7 years and I've never mistreated or yelled at anyone. Not even at other fast food chains we were never treated this Badly and I regret not going to a different location but unfortunately my cravings couldn't wait. Pleasee work on training your team there is no need for all of that. Something so simple such as listening to your customer shouldn't be so complicated.
