I've been going to this Chic-fil-a for years and this particular venue takes the cake for worst Chic-fila-a ever. I kick myself when the order is wrong because I should've known better. I don't know why I'd think this time would be different. The last 3 gallons of sweet tea I've bought has had solid particulate lining the bottom of the gallon container. And the tea tastes as if it's almost turned. All alliteration aside, anyone accessing this awkwardly designed parking-lot, be advised, they use their own road cones to manipulate traffic differently every time. Sometimes entrances are blocked off sometimes they're not. They block left hand and right hand turns creating a hazard for guests. There's usually an accident there if you go during lunch time as Chick-fil-A blocks their entrance whereby blocking the exit to the whole Shopping Center. The caution tape doesn't stop there so make sure to pasteurized your sweet tea because, as the picture shows, they're not cleaning everything properly. I told management I'd thrown away 3 gallons of sweet tea in the past few weeks. She reimbursed me for one of them as I don't typically hold on to gallons of spoiled beverages and she could only reimburse me for the one gallon I gave back. I also mentioned I had been going to this Chick-fil-A since it opened and it's only recently started to happen. I suggested they wash their tea brewing devices and she replied that they use a liner everyday and every day it gets thrown out. What I should have asked next was do you soak your nozzles. In addition to all this I've always noticed I never see the same employee twice. Maybe this is the training facility for all the other Chick-fil-A's, or maybe they just have the highest turnover rate in any business I've ever seen or encountered. So to sum it up this Chick-fil-A makes their own traffic control devices while they sell you chunky sweet tea and only plan on reimbursing you for a third of what you've spent on spent food and drinks. They'll try to make you go inside on one of the hottest days of the year rather than stay in your car for the measly one third of your dollars, and if you do go inside you'll surely encounter sticky floors. I'd advise only your worst enemies go and if you value a third to all of your money don't go here but if you do go don't drive. Enjoy another Chick-fil-A or not this one have a nice day. It really has been my pleasure to write this...
Read moreI am absolutely disappointed with chic fil a, particularly this location. I went through the drive thru yesterday morning and ordered 3 things. A bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. A large hashbrown, and a chicken biscuit. I pay for my food and head home. I should have known better than to drive off before checking my bag because the last time I went, they gave me the wrong food. When I get home and check, sure enough it's the wrong food. My husband calls the store and speaks with a woman who apologizes and tells us we can come have the food replaced when we want to. She takes my husband's name down and hangs up. After dropping off the kids at school we decide to drive by and get our replacement. We place the order, explain to the worker what happened and gave him our name. He tells us to park and they would bring our food out. After waiting a very long time in the car a woman comes out with no food. She tells us that she didn't take our call yesterday, that they don't supposedly take calls in the morning, that the other lady manager isn't there so she can't verify we spoke to her, and that they wouldn't replace our food unless we went all the way home to get our receipt. Even after we told her we used our debit card and the order can be looked up by that. She said that was their policy and she couldn't help us. Why they couldn't say that before making us wait for several minutes is ridiculous. We asked for the general manager and was told that she was inside and didn't want to talk to us. We asked for the district manager and was told there wasn't one. We asked for the cooperate number and she walked away. I have never been so disappointed with a fast food restaurant as I was then. From their initial screw up to their wasting my time, it's ridiculous. All over 7 dollars. Side note, someone answered the phone when I called after we drove away. So, I guess that whole "we don't take calls during the morning" nonsense is only further proven to be a lie. Interestingly enough, when we mentioned cooperate and how they would not be happy with their behavior, the manager was quick to say that didn't matter because they are a franchise. If this is the type of franchise this company wants representing them, they deserve their...
Read moreToday is September 16, 2025. I drove into the drive thru and pulled up to the menu board and stopped. A young girl by the name Kim rolled her eyes and yelled “I have a menu right here” and she continued with o stand behind my truck. Then she walked with an attitude and face frowned up. I explained to her that her attitude was unnecessary and I wanted to see the entire board. She said “Because I said I have a menu”. I said it was your tone and you yelled at me. She was so pist because I didn’t use her menu. Snappy and rude. I received my sandwich and drive not even half way home. Pulled my sandwich out and opened it and the entire chicken sandwich was saturated in pickles. I mean there were so many pickles on that sandwich you couldn’t even close the sandwich and the bread was soggy and torn. I turned around and asked for my money back and I told the girl I don’t play when it comes to my food. The girl inside said we all saw that and was thinking who would want a sandwich with all those pickles on it. The girl inside said that, that’s the way Kim rung it up. When I asked the manager to take a look at the sandwich I said to him now this confirms that she was upset and nasty towards me all because I didn’t use her menu. He gave me my money. Kim you do not need a job working with the public if you’re going to be nasty, rude and short fuse. Everything does not revolve around bratty kids when things don’t go right. I hope she receives the proper discipline so she won’t do it to another...
