Weekdays at lunchtime is the worst time to come to this location. I placed my mobile order in hopes to pick up my market salad quickly. But if you know this location you know there’s no such thing as quick when it comes to the drive-through. Even after all of their efforts, they try to make it as fast as possible it doesn’t always happen. What I experienced today I have never in my entire 44 year life have experienced with any restaurant or fast food establishment. I most definitely had to say something about My experience today. When I finally got my order I left without checking the bag as my lunch was almost over. When at work I took the salad out of the bag and I noticed there was reddish color on my chicken and saw corn and beans in the salad. I looked at my receipt to be sure I ordered the marketplace salad. I even checked the app to verify and see the contents of the marketplace garden salad and it clearly was not the salad I ordered. In any case I called the Chick Fil A location and young lady answered the phone and was very apologetic and offered to Replace the item if I was able to return. I told her I was not able to as my lunch time was almost over. She apologized intensely and offered two free salad rewards on the mobile app. She also showed concern and asked if I was able to eat any of the salad at all. I told her I could pick the chicken off and eat the rest. She then offered to personally drop off the correct salad to my job because she was getting off her shift shortly. She personally brought the correct salad to my job. I was so grateful and impressed and surprised as no one has ever offered to do anything remotely like this before. I guess her genuine concern for me not having a lunch was what touched me the most. I commend this Chick-fil-A and this young woman...
Read moreI come to this Chick-fil-a when I am going to/leaving the airport. It's not my favorite Chick-fil-a.
The service is slow, the staff are not friendly or helpful, even if they made a mistake.
One time, they gave me regular Dr. Pepper instead of diet in the drive through not long before closing. I didn't realize it until I had left the service window so I pulled into a parking spot and went inside.
The staff told me the inside restaurant was closed (even though the doors were unlocked). When I said that I just needed my drink replaced, they told me that I had to get in the drive through line again.
So I had to wait in line again to fix their mistake. When I got to the window, they were visibly annoyed about having to give me a replacement drink and acted though I was being unreasonable for not wanting regular Dr. Pepper.
No apologies or explanation as to why I had to wait so long, just attitude for inconveniencing THEM.
Seriously, they could have done this in the restaurant so I didn't have to go through drive through again. The line was backed up so I had to wait about 10 extra minutes to fix THEIR mistake. And my food was cold by the time I could eat it.
The last time, I ordered my meal in the app and I parked in the curbside parking to wait for it. I received notification that my order was ready and that it would be out shortly.
10 minutes later, it still hadn't come out. I started to get out of my car, but someone walked out with it just then. I sat back down in my car only to see that the employee bringing my order had stopped outside the restaurant door and was checking their texts or doing something in their cell phone. Really???
If this were not the only decent fast food place on the way to the airport, I wouldn't go here again.
Do better, Lee Vista...
Read moreStopped for dinner on way back from cruise. Place was busy, but that usually doesn't cause any reduction in service. "Kaylee" was finishing up a customer, gave him his drink, & appeared to be finished with him. I stepped up to order, she avoided eye contact, went over to side computer station, put something in, came back to register (avoiding looking at me), got a drink, attached some paperwork (tucked in into drawer, or slot, out of sight), & walked away.
THEN, Kaylee looked back making eye contact, while smirking at me, & made some (apparently humorous) comment to a girl (long dark black hair; didn't see her name) who laughed, & came back to help Molly with LARGE order.
I eventually was smiled at, invited to her register & treated SUPER WELL, by Molly. Who made me feel like valued person & customer. Unlike Kaylee's behavior. Molly made me feel like I was her only & important customer at that moment.
I never mind people taking a break. But, it would have been Polite for Kaylee to simply say, "Someone else will help you, it's time for my break." I'd totally agreed, not been bothered, nor felt poorly treated. But I DO feel disvalued as customer & as a fellow human being, by her rude treatment now.
The Food (we are Gluten Free) was excellent (as usual), hot, & tasty. Good value for money, service fast, & --- other than Kaylee --- everyone else acted like we were welcome. But, we won't be back, because of...
