Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Orlando

Well the poor guy (Leo) was lost. We ordered 5 piece chicken nuggets and a large fries, and an 8piece chicken nugget and large fries- he insisted no way to do 5 nuggets and large fries had to be small fries 😂Never had to finagle my way around ordering food. I told him I didn’t care the cost just make the order happen lol . Maybe the sizes were different and it had to be 6 nuggets? He never mentioned it just told me I had to get a small fries 🤣and ended up giving me a kids meal for one of the meals 😂 I check the receipt and he’s got me down for 8 “grilled “nuggets for the other order🫣oh boy. Lol poor thing was maybe new? But very confused. Had to order a separate large fries just because he told me I had to have a small with my nuggets 🤨very confusing. Customer service is Getting worst and worst, I’ve always been a fan of Panera, but lately they are lacking service. I’ve tried order drive thru and after waiting a few minutes was told it was down and I have to come inside to order. When inside I’ve tried to use one of the kiosk, all the soups were showing “sold out” , then tried online using my iPhone app, and same information “sold out”. When finally getting a person to take my order, the person told me they had all the soups available, however when ordering bread bowl soup, she said it was sold out for the bread bowl. I’ve ordered regular soup, then I asked her for one piece of extra bread and she said I had to pay for it. 🤔 are you for real, if they can’t keep up with customer they need to shut the doors....

"A drive-through order". I was impressed by the way all of the young team members were handling all 3 lines, the restaurant only has 2 lines, but they made a third one based on the volume of business they have at that location. The girl who took my order had to make sure that my purchase was completed accurately from beginning to end. She even checked what spot I needed to be at in between the 2 lines they usually have in the drive-through. Condimments were in the bags as requested, both drinks were served as requested.
