What can I say about Christopher...he was patient, compassionate, funny, relatable, very knowledgeable and an overall great salesman because we went there for just 2 full size beds for my grandchild and my bonus daughter...and we ended up with that plus a king bed and another queen bed both with the upsell of the remote control head and foot lift...if I would have had enough money, he probably would have sold me the 6 thousand dollar bed...the "Cadillac" of beds...we definitely took our time and he pulled those beds out with no hesitation and some of the same beds more than once...heck...more than twice and maybe even 3 times on the same bed...we were there for a while...but I'm sure we ended up with what we considered the perfect bed...Christopher is a gem and if it weren't for him and his ability to go above and beyond the call of duty...we would not have made the purchases we made...we almost went to a different store...Christopher used to work there...I believe in meant to be and we were meant to be at the Millennia Store to meet such a kind and patient person that is Christopher. I don't usually write reviews but I could not let this one go by...if you visit the store...ask for Christopher and bring your wallet because he's going to sell you a bridge in Brooklyn...that's just how good he is...I really really enjoyed our time there...we took our time...I mean we really took our time...and he never got impatient...Thank you Christopher for being who you are...never change...to Mattress Firm...you have a gem in Christopher...we will be back and I will tell all who needs a bed...to go see Christopher...the...

My husband and I came here in April to test out mattresses before deciding on what we wanted. We met the sales associate (who it turned out was their manager) Chad and he was honestly great through the whole process. He asked our budget and showed us mattresses within that budget (which I appreciated) and continued showing us options til we finally settled on one. We were still debating on it, as the mattress I originally wanted was from a different company not sold by Mattress firm but Chad was so nice in helping assist us and offered us a discount and let us know if we still weren’t happy we could return it within 120 days. While the mattress wasn’t too bad, it wasn’t everything I wanted. So we ended up doing a return (please know that a return does come with a fee but they do pick up the mattress from you so you don’t have to do anything!) and Chad was very nice about it and set everything up for pick up for us. I 10/10 recommend this location and Chad if you need to find a mattress...

Contacted this firm after my month old mattress purchase delivery was cancelled the day prior to delivery. I ended up speaking with James Palmer. I explained to him the honest reason I was calling and that I was looking to purchase a product that could be delivered as early as tomorrow. James walked me through the selection process of the Mattress Firm Shoppes email site, and helped me to make a selection based on my general preferences, plus specific conditions that would affect the selection, including my existing back problems and sleep apnea conditions. James then informed me of several existing sales, including the provision of a HEAD UP 50 ADJUSTABLE BASE, which would negate the need for box springs. This was a $299.00 item provided for $0.00. I was most impressed with Jame's honesty, knowledge, efficiency and his desire to make this purchase much more enjoyable than I would have expected.
