In regards to their lounge/club, we went there about 11:55pm, seen about a good 20-25 cars in parking lot, yet still decided to go in and check it out. Prob a good 40-50 people the entire time we were there. Thankfully we only had to pay $5 per person because it wasn’t crowded. We left by 1am and the place still wasn’t crowded and the music sucked. They don’t enforce the no smoking weed indoors, you leave smelling like the stuff. We paid $10 for a Long Island to go in a bucket. As we were leaving we were told we couldn’t take the bucket even though it was empty. That tells me they reusing the plastic throw away buckets. We should of expected that from the type of place and crowd it draws in. Maybe if they stop giving their friends free food and drinks, they could actually fix the place up better to bring in a bigger crowd. What a waste of a nice attire lol. We def won’t be returning. For all the ones giving good ratings for this place, is very misleading lol. Stop lying. I mean there are plenty of Jamaican spots in Orlando, and I never even heard of this place until we drove by it, that should tell...
Read moreEventbrite ticket says doors open at 10PM, however, we were forced to sit in the car until the staff were done setting up and prepared to let everyone in which wasn’t until 11:30. When trying to order the $6 rum bucket special, the bartender said sorry the special ended at 11:30 but staff didn’t let anyone in until 11:30 and we’d been there waiting to get in for an hour and a half. Luckily, the bartender understood the rationale and serviced us accordingly. Please be mindful that the 2 person VIP table ticket says 1 bottle required which is fine but the bigger issue is that it doesn’t specify bottle choices nor prices which range $120 and up which isn’t practical for 2 people where one has to drive. There should be other choices available or bottles only required for 4 person and up tables. The place is pretty plain, but the restroom was clean, the music was decent, and the rum bucket was good. The crowd was age appropriate and the staff were helpful through the...
Read moreMy girlfriend and I came on a Saturday night when they had a theme party. It was our first time there. The vibe was nice, the music was okay (DJ should have played more back in the days Jamaican music). We didn’t know they had VIP section until we actually sat down 30 mins into our vibe. (they were all booked). It would of been nice if they recommended VIP at the door when paying. They charge a re-entry fee of $5, seems a little scammy. We was hungry and didn’t even know they were selling food that night. It would also be nice if they had a menu on the bar tables or recommend food when ordering drinks. We so use to downtown vibes, maybe we should spend more time in neighborhoods bar vibes. Lastly, they really got to get the crowd out of their comfort zone. The DJ had to constantly advised the folks on how to have fun. Overall, we’ll be back because the hosts was really nice and welcoming. And I just know the food going to be...
