STAY AWAY. POOR FOOD HANDLING AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I live in Eagle Creek. I ordered a pizza from this location and the driver claimed to have went to my address and was told that nobody ordered a pizza (obviously the driver was at wrong address... fine). The driver also says he called my number multiple times and it went to voicemail (my phone stays right next to me when Iâm expecting a delivery because many times people have trouble getting into Eagle Creek. But fine benefit of the doubt maybe ATT signal was low). I called the store and the driver ARZA picked up the phone and told me he went to my address and called and didnât get me. He told me to hold for his manager. Jeremy the âmanagerâ comes on the phone and wouldnât even let me talk. He kept saying âmy driver went to your house and they told him they didnât order pizzaâ. Iâm saying to him Does this make sense? He obviously went to the wrong home because thereâs only one home in Orlando with my address and im on the phone with you now asking for my pizza. âNo sir he went to the address that was given and thatâs what they told himâ. OK FINE. What can we do now? Jeremy gives me 2 options. 1. Get a full refund or 2. Bring me back THE SAME PIZZA that he brought before WHICH THE DRIVER RETURNED TO THE STORE WITH AND PUT IN THE WARMING RACK. I was floored. I said wait itâs almost 2 hours after I placed the order and youâre refusing to make me a fresh pizza?? In the middle of a pandemic youâre putting undelivered pizza orders back in the oven for another customer?? DISGUSTING. Jeremy flat out refused to make me a fresh pizza since the driver âwent to my addressâ. Unbelievable. So just know that if youâre ordering from this Dominos you may be getting undelivered pizza due to a delivery guy that cannot follow a GPS. And a manger with ZERO customer service skills. I have the audio recording of him telling me that they put the pizza back in the warmer (in the midst of a pandemic) and also of him refusing to make me a fresh pizza 2 hours later and will be moving this up the DOMINOS...
   Read moreI ordered here 3 times delivery. The first time everything went pretty well they were like maybe 15min late no big deal, pizza was still hot and was delicious. The second time the pizza tracker said my pizza was delivered and it was not. I called the store they said something went wrong in the app and that it was on the way. My pizza was 30 minutes late. The third and last time I ordered was unacceptable. After 40min past the scheduled time of arrival I was about to call the store (as the pizza had been in route on the app for some) when the delivery driver called and said she was sorry she had delivered my pizza to the wrong house in the wrong neighbor hood that she would be here in about 10min. An hour later and some phone calls she showed up with the pizza cool and the cheese stuck to the top of the boxes. She was not alone she hff ad not only a passenger in the car but a large dog as well. Which I assume is why the pizza looked stepped on.    Read moreThis page is full of people who want to complain about every little thing even after a pandemic when there is no one to work. I come in to talk to these employees when I shop at Walmart and they are busting there a$$es, working shifts with half the employees they should have. Jamie, Ethan, Jarred, Hayden, and Carlos are always happy to see me and my family, we get pizza every grocery trip. People should start counting their blessings and be grateful we have pizza stores still open, let alone ones with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and food. If anyone was rude to you, I'm gonna go ahead and assume right now you deserved it.
Lastly, if you'd like a better experience, maybe TIP YOUR DRIVERS. I used to work at a pizza place and the amount most of you complainers are tipping wouldn't even make your great great grandmama (you know, the one who puts $5 in your Christmas card and gets excited when you open it) happy.
