Dunkin' — Restaurant in Orlando

I'm pregnant and crave Dunkin donuts hot chocolate every once in a while, always at night time. Wasn't sure if it was just the Dunkin' Donuts near me but I guess this is a thing for ALL Dunkin' Donuts in Orange County? They're always closed HOURS in advanced than when they're supposed to be closed. I've gone by this location in specific twice and the first time the lights outside (it was around 10pm) were off and when we pulled up to the window they had they're kitchen lights off. Second time (and the last) I went at 9:20 ish and saw all the lights were off yet again. But we saw a young girl sitting outside with her uniform and head set on using her phone. I work at a fast food place and I know the tricks some people use when they're closing, like turning off all the lights so they don't get any customers while they clean so they can get off early. But since we saw she had her headset on I knew what was going on and headed to the drive thru anyways even though we couldn't see the menu because they had turned it off. We sat at the speaker for a good long moment before finally (I'm guessing the mod) answered. My husband said "I kinda don't know what I want because I can't see anything" and she replied with an excuse that I don't personally believe about the menu board being broken. So we ordered, hot chocolate and a coffee with a donut, everything was fine. Just hate having these cravings that only your hot chocolate can fix and then find out every Dunkin' Donuts in the area is closed or pretending to be closed hours before they're supposed to be closed, unless google is lying to me about closing times. Fix this...

I stopped by this store around 5:15 pm. I used the drive up service. I had to repeat my order several times before the employee understood what I wanted . When I drove up to the window he repeated the order again( the 4th time) and it was not correct. It was missing an item. He added the item to the order( which was in the original order I had told him at the speaker 3 times prior). I paid and drove to the next window. He came to the 2nd window shortly after to give me my order and immediately left. My order was missing an item. I did beep my horn and knock on the window but recd no response. I went inside to get my missing item and the other employee had it in a bag for me and simply stated "here". He did not apologize for the inconvenience or anything. After all of this, the order was still not correct. The ice cream sundae did not have whip cream on it and there were no napkins provided. I like Dunkin Donuts over Starbucks mainly due to the pricing being less expensive. However this is the second time in a week with bad service at a Dunkin Donuts and I do believe I will take my business to Starbucks...

I went there earlier today and had a very rude and nasty employee(Deziree),working the drive through, I ordered a punkin Latte,with a extra shot of espresso,iced,I got up to the window,the attendent was on her phone. I payed in cash,and when she handed me my drink it wasn't what I ordered, I tried to get her attention,she ignored me and took a whole other order rang it in took her time,then I finally get my change back from her,I let her know my oder was wrong.and she tells me thats what I ordered with a attitude like it's my fault,maybe if she wasn't on her phone while talking my order she would have got it right. So she says fine,and then is telling another employee didn't you here her say Ice coffee. So at this point I ask her to refund my money, she giving me attitudes,and I told her that I come to this location all the time and that she had a very bad attitude. She didn't like what I had to say. I will be speaking with a manager in the morning about Deziree) employee # 194934.All I wanted was a simple drink,on my way to work,and she just made everything very unpleasant...
