for the past two evenings in a row i have used the drive thru window at exactly 10:35pm and 10:40pm.. the first evening i was told that the coolatta machine was already turned off for the evening and that they were not selling food ( i was going to order a plain croissant with butter since i'm pregnant that's about all i could handle last night).. so instead i switched my order to a caramel macchiato.. (which way more then half was creamer only..) then this evening 12/29/2016 @10:35 pm i pull up to the drive thru before my midnight shift at planet fitness east colonial there was no response from the speakers.. no biggie as there sometimes issues with things of this nature so after about 10 min of waiting for a staff member to come thru the speakers i decide to pull up to the window since now im at a time crunch to make it in time for my shift at 10:50pm.. the two men working were taking apart the coffee filters walking back and forth. there were no donuts out and i wasnt addressed at all.. i feel that 20 plus mins before there now 11pm closing time is MORE THEN ENOUGH TIME to address (regular) customers especially when my evening was planned in advance to make it there before the food was shut off like it was the evening before. the un professionalism that was displayed these past two evenings from their staff members will determine my future visits. Read moreMe and my husband love the car wash next door . So while running our Sunday errands ,we walked on over to this location while our car was getting worked on.
It was a little busy , only two women working , drive through seemed slammed . They didn’t acknowledge us for 20 minutes, my husband understood they were busy and understaffed but they kept taking drive through orders and not even a hello. We left and they immediately took the lady after us , we weren’t upset but didn’t want to add to their plate .
We went back to the car wash and 30 minutes later because my husband was really craving a cold brew with sweet cold foam . Only 1 car in the drive through and no one inside. We waited an additional 10 minutes while both employees were “working” , not acknowledging us. My husband and me were shocked . Not a hello , hold on, give me a second. not even a smile.
The second time we left disappointed, upset, without a coffee or doughnut in hand . we kicked our coffee craving to the side because of the horrible customer service. This location needs to hire more people and train on basic customer service skills.
Luckily on our way home Starbucks was on the way and greeted us...
Read moreI was so looking forward to moving to the neighborhood, with this Dunkin’ Donuts in walking distance, only half a mile away. After less than a week of living here, I drive a 3-mile loop to avoid this one. I also realize I can go directly to Wawa right across the street.
The employees in this branch are always scrambling. They don’t acknowledge you at the counter for up to 10 minutes, when they happen to pass. They told me that, even though curbside is offered on the app, they really don’t do it, having me to call or try the lobby door after waiting 15 to 20 minutes in the parking lot. The lobby door was locked during business hours 3 out of the 4 times I tried it. I’ve seen other people who don’t have vehicles standing in the drive-thru exhaust fumes just to get service. Other cars give up and leave angry.
The 3 times I’ve voiced my concern, the employees have consistently said they are short-handed, that they know of no other options than the horrible approaches they have to manage their own customers.
This is no way to run a business. Something is obviously wrong in how it’s being managed, too to bottom. I am now avoiding this business and telling others to...
