iSmoothies Cafe — Restaurant in Orlando

Product is great, service is inconsistent.

There is rarely a manager present (seen one twice in over two years.) Smoothie cafe does not post contact information, refused to provide any.

The health club also refuses to give contact information for the owner/manager of the smoothie cafe.

Multiple occasions where staff "did not have change", they tried to keep it.

Hours do not match sign; frequently close an hour or more before posted closing

One young female employee frequently has a male companion behind the counter who is not an employee. Was also snubbed by an LA Fitness employee who chatted with the same smoothie cafe worker while customers were ignored.

The smoothie servers are mostly pretty good. The absence of managerial oversight, absence of contact information, and inconsistent hours of operation are my primary factors in giving a 1 star rating.

Wow, where do I start. I bought a 3 day pass while in Orlando for business. The staff made the process super simple and hassle free. My first impression was CLEAN and definitely more than what I expected. After my workout I purchased a smoothie from the Cafe. The girl working was named Aaliyah, she was kind, funny and honestly made my entire day (a very stressful one at that). You guys have an amazing facility and phenomenal staff. Thank you for making my trip a great one! I'll definitely be back whenever in Orlando....

I love iSmoothies and thought I was going to lose out on the deliciousness when I cancelled my LA Fitness membership. I was wrong. LA Fitness allows me to enter and purchase a smoothie without being a member. I must admit, I prefer iSmoothies over all the popular smoothie chains (not Knocking them but if I had a choice, it would be iSmoothies 95 percent of the time).
