I came here because I had a coworker that gets her fingernail done here. I figured I would give it a try because hers always looks pretty. I didn’t request her nail tech (Tyler) because I didn’t know what time I would be in the area, so I went in as a walk-in. I was handed the gel nail colors rings and was told 10 minutes which is definitely reasonable. I was sat down for my pedicure in the 10 minutes timeframe, but without water running and the person didn’t get to me for another 5-10 minutes before starting the water and beginning my pedicure. I showed her the color I choose and she told me that they didn’t have any of the colors on that particular ring. The tech cut the side of my foot with the cheese grinder (photo below) she said sorry than said it was because my skin was too soft. I have never been cut like that before, let alone being told it’s my fault because my skin is too soft. I still let her do my fingernails because everyone was busy and figured I have wouldn’t have the cheese grinder used on my hands. She cut my skin on almost half of my fingers (to the point I had to pull back and say something). I know this happens rarely on occasion but it was way too often. She proceeded to tell me again that my skin was too soft. It’s been 5 days and my toe still hurts and to have to wear a bandage over it since it wasn’t just a scratch. My gel polish on my nails already starting to lift. I was just frustrated by the time I left that I didn’t catch her name. Worst experience ever the first photo is what I asked for and they completely did what they wanted and did such a sloppy horrible job I will never spend my money here again $112 for this?!! Complete lack of empathy and the lady was highly inexperienced my nails are bumpy and so cloudy.

Update* (pictures included) This was my second time trying this place out after having a horrible experience the previous visit. The pedicure went ok although the lady kept pushing for me to get a deluxe pedicure instead of the standard one then the first lady wasn't comfortable doing my full set so I was sent to someone else who burned my nail beds with the drill and then proceeded to do a horrible job at applying the acrylic. It was chunky and began burning my nails which has never happened before and I've been getting my nails done for years now. I had her remove the acrylic in which her whole demeanor Changed she went from kind to just having an attitude. I left the establishment with my nails looking absolutely horrendous and there is still acrylic on my nails as she couldn't even be bothered to take it all off. I will not be returning to this establishment ever again and will be posting this review on yelp as well. Insane prices for cheap work and poor attitudes. On Wednesday of last week I received a torture treatment from table 18. I asked for a gel polish in which I received however, while filing my nails the lady may have been inexperience because she filed down my nails so low that my tips are now so thin that is tender and sore. On one nail she filed it down so low in the middle that the nail started to bleed and when I told her to stop because of the pain her reply was, it’s ok we are almost done with no regards of the pain and that I was bleeding. As the photos will display one can see that bad job she did by observing some nail polish on my fingers and the unevenness. In addition, to the mountains on my fingers due to amount of polish that was applied on some of the fingers. When I conveyed my opinions and concerns to one of the employees while cashing out. They translated it to the cashier whom I am assuming who is someone with Authority they never replied back or shown any concerns but the person whom I was speaking with did asked if I wanted to come back in which I made it clear that I will never return back to this torture shop again.
