I am not hard to please and do comment i used to post this location 5 star in the past regular meal and close my house. have KFC in past 20 year. .the last 2 trip was very dissipointed .on June 1 -2018 . arriving 10 15 p.m which is Friday night.long line make to 20 min to get order from drive thru.ok me .i want 20 dollar fill up basket with leg and thick crispy . ok hold on.i will be back sir tonight we are only able to serve original what we have.? Me. I don't mind to wait and that is what I want crispy KFC.hold on let me check..ok sound like manager for sure the person tooking my order..ok sir it's will take 35+40 min wait ..I say sure as long u give me what I want to eat and not what u have left over..so I pull to window pay..the man at the window told me 16 min will be ready.i reply take your time .I will be back 30-35 min to pick up and what time u front door closed..he say 12 midnight.arrive 11:05 to pick up my order in the front desk.the person dress like a manager come to me and hang me the order with no manner .I tell him long wait hope this chicken will be good dinner for my family. .his answers is I told u going to be long than 40 min.so i got my food.left.ok by the time when we get home..kid is hungry and when we start dinner.. chicken is way too salty like salt fish and dry like a rock brunt chicken... mashed and gravy put together in the cup which KFC I have eat 20 year always put sauce on side.i am cooking myself for the past 30 year as a chef . have no word to say about and feel shame on KFC server this food .very upset. ..pick up phone number on the receipt at 11:35 p.m mutiple call no one pick up .i hope u CEO or owner look into this? And fix your employee.u can loss a costomer but not your big KFC name..I comment to your employee.your goal is selling chicken and should always have back up until the sign closed.not to give left over for people paying..we costomer are paying and is not support treated like dog food..if this is not your position.u should go elsewhere find a job sit in the office and get pay..I won't be back in...

Every time that I’ve been there, it’s always been very good service except this time we had to place our own orders in the kiosk, nobody said hello or welcome we Put in the order for a 10 piece chicken. It gives you the option to swipe out chicken that you don’t want and pay extra for chicken that you do want this was for takeout. The young lady who helped us called her name and that was it. I asked the young lady for plates and she only handed me two, nothing more didn’t ask if we needed napkins or utensil nothing at all . after making us wait for a good Maybe three or four minutes meanwhile, the person who was also in the back we asked for help and completely ignored us if I did not say to the young lady hello we need some help here she would’ve continue doing the drive-through and ignoring us a second time once we got home the order was not correct The order did not give us the extra chicken that we paid for which was a breast and what we switched out was not switched out we got what they felt they could give us. Let's address, the manner in which you are greeted. It's not a hello, may I take your order. It's just a hello, as if they are answering the phone. Then she said, go head with your order. Smh.
The girl placing the order was rude and definitely had not been trained properly. When you repeat the order and the customer says, that's correct. That denotes, the customer is expecting what you just confirmed.
Secondly, Jocelyn, horrible attitude. Perhaps she had a bad day, but this is unacceptable being the frontline person. Everything was DIRTY! The keypad, the napkins they placed in my bag was greasy.
Overall, poor experience. The last time I frequented, Hector was there too and service was subpar. I let it go, but this visit. I just couldn't. I have a friend who works for the corporate office and I am definitely going to contact both KY and FL corporate offices.
