I pre ordered call of duty at the south goldenrod and narcoosee store and was told I had until today at 9 pm to pick it up or it would be forfeited. I had been trying to call the store since 830 and the line remained busy. I wanted to ensure that the store was still open until 9 pm. I was discouraged that the line remained busy the entire time I was trying to call. I arrived at the store at 8:55 and the store was already locked and I noticed the phone was just lying there even though I was attempting to call and it was coming by through busy. There was also another patron already here that advised me that he arrived a few minutes before me and was also attempting to call while standing at the door. The workers inside simply told us through the glass the store was closed. We indicated we were both here before 9 and they refused to let us in. Once it was actually 9 pm, all of a sudden the phone calls went through and we were told again the store was closed. We explained we were here before 9 and the workers still just told us our clocks must be different. With today's age, everyone's clock is on the same time. That was a simple cop out. I understand that everyone wants to go home, but I pre ordered this game for my son. I am a single mother who works over full time and goes to school. I was not able to get here yesterday due to my schedule of which I worked 6am to 5pm and then school from 5:30pm to 9:45 pm. I didn't get off work until 8 pm tonight and drove all the way here to be denied entry and purchase while still wiring business hours. This was very discouraging to me. I don't play games, but I do spend lots of money that I work extra for, just to see a smile on my sons face. I am also a quality specialist in regards to customer service as a profession. My job is essentially to grade the level if service provided by my company. The lack of customer service, customer appreciation, disregard for revenue, and misrepresentation of business hours is a disgrace. I will never do business with this store, and at this point probably not the company again. I will use other online sites and stores to shop in the future. I truely hope this notification makes at least the smallest impact on the level of service provided to people...

I purchased a controller for the Xbox on cyber weekend after a few hrs of gaming the left thumbstick base started malfunctioning I contacted razer online and they advised I return or exchange it at the store. Went to the store a few days later to exchange it for manufacturing defect the first question from the store clerk was did I purchase the warranty I stated no the product was defective and I needed to exchange it for another. They did not have another of the same item in stock so they had to order and mail it to me. A bit of an inconvenience but I agreed then the clerk tells me that I owe an additional $22 because the controller was no longer on sale. I explained I’m not purchasing but exchanging a defective product and I’m not paying any extra money. The lead at the store overheard our conversation and intervened he fixed the price. The clerk then pitched the warranty I declined. The clerk then asked if I wanted free shipping or expedited for an extra $2, 2-4 days he said I agreed. This was on 12/3 it took GS 2 days to process the order got a shipped notification on 12/5 estimated arrival 12/15! 2-4 days expedited shipping. This is an example of why online retailers like Amazon are killing local store sales. I paid for expedited shipping that will take 12 days to arrive. I called another store they answered told me the item I needed showed one in this store I said to myself cool I was willing to spend $200 plus also get protection and carrying cases to protect what me and the wife got for the kids this year now mind you I have a switch lite already coming in so I was going to spend the money and just get another one because the one we ordered said the 27th after Christmas now on shipping. so I told the wife you keep it for yourself I’ll get the kids another one locally so we have it for Christmas and was going to spend more on things to protect 3 switch lights that would have been what another about $200 $250 on products to up the sale on products going out the door the fact that they won’t answer me is upsetting but it goes to show how management is running this set location compared to the other one not to far from this one!
