Staff was amazing I had the pleasure of dealing with Yesenia and Guillermo both amazing from beginning to end. I ended up leasing my bed with Progressive because I did not want my credit pulled. I was only made aware of a $59.00 downpayment which was taxed and ended up paying $62.84 leaving a balance of $719.98 to be paid in 3 months. To my surprise when I followed up directly with Progressive my balance to pay in 3 months was $766.78 difference of $46.80 at this point I was not a happy camper not only because that's not the information that was given to me at the store but of what the Progressive agent stated, he stated they get many upset Mattress firm customers with the same complaint bottom line all he said in a nutshell you agreed to it when you signed and have to pay it. Is not about the $46 difference is about the principal of not being told just for that I would gladly pay the difference I was never informed about but would never step foot in mattress firm again and/ or deal with Progressive. I was also mistakenly charged a $49 delivery fee that was supposed to have been free, must say both Manager and Yesenia apologize and Manager gave me $99 free delivery as a courtesy but never issued $49 credit. I had a $50 discount as 1st time buyer never credited either so I'll take it as paying for delivery fee. My wife and I are very satisfied customers. Guillermo was welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly, quick, and efficient. He first had us try three demonstration beds with various levels of firmness ranging from soft to firm. After we determined we liked the ‘balanced’ variant, he immediately showed us to the line of mattresses with that level of firmness. He showed us various brands with various price points, not once swaying us to the most expensive option, but instead listening to our needs and the needs of our chunky cat Moo. Once we chose the mattress we wanted, he checked us out. We couldn’t have been in the store for more than 20 minutes. The check-out process was smooth and so easy! Return Policy- My sales person was G. I picked out a $2400 bed. It was stated to me verbally to give it a try for 120 days and if I did not like it, the return fee would be $200. Fair enough, but but that turned out to be untrue. After 2 weeks I did not like the bed. I spoke with Ingdra to make arrangements for return. No alternative satisfaction was ever offered. She stated the return cost would be $600. 2 weeks of my earnings. Paper work says restocking fee 10-20% NOT to exceed $500. After my roar, she brought it down for me to pay them $400 to return a 2 week old bed. Still over a week of my earnings. This is poor customer satisfaction and unacceptable rip off the customer return policy. My advice would be shop around before making final purchase. I found better pricing, comfort and customer satisfaction somewhere else without being duped...
