Jack and Jackie's Wingz Thingz & BBQ, Inc — Restaurant in Orlando

I had to ask if there was a way in the building 2 9rder food & someone outside said to use the intercom. I'm telling hello through the intercom and still no one answers. Bad thing about it is a lady that works there was standing approximately 10feet away and couldnt even stop talking to the men next to her to see what i wanted. I walk over to them and asked how do I order and she said 2 talk into the intercom. I asked for a menu and they said that there's one in front of me but it was faded. I told her i couldn't see it so she directed me around the building so i looked to see what they have. A lady walks out of the establishment and i asked the price of a burger, fries, macaroni & cheese & collard greens. $11.00 bucks seems a great price so i ordered it. When i got my food, i was terribly disappointed. The greens were a little hard and not much flavor. The macaroni & cheese was not good at all. The cheeseburger bun was very thick.the burger meat had no flavor so that goes to say that i didn't like the burger either. I am a picky person and that meal...

I can’t thank Jackie enough for coming through for us at Vibes. Our food vendor backed out at the last minute, and I was completely discouraged — unsure how I was going to feed everyone for this special event. But Jackie stepped in without hesitation and absolutely saved the day.

Not only did she provide delicious food on such short notice, but she also brought positive energy and powerful words of encouragement that lifted my spirits when I needed it most. She went above and beyond in every way — pulling everything together with grace, professionalism, and heart.

Just went there always pass by it in my way to laundry mat , smells good had to try. Never got to because when I got there a gentleman ask me my order and I placed it he disappeared into the restaurant building for a while , I thought he was getting my food. Another guy pulls up and summons the guy but he never comes out with my food . I figured he needed to go to the sosmoke house to get my order, which was not the case . Now I'm in here 10 minutes waiting on this guy and yet no food . I'm cool it's bbq slow cooking another 10 minutes pass by and no food. I go around back and he is too busy buying bootleg alcohol out the back of the guys trunk to serve me . Really really told him to keep the order and left .
