Go during the day but not at night. The service is bad at night. I really had to pee and I wanted to use the restroom and the store was open by the way. I even said I was willing to buy something. But they denied me access to their bathroom. I am literally a college student as well, sure I don't live at union west but come on man.

And this isn't even the first time I got bad service. I had a messy sandwich made to me at night and I complained and they just offered to rewrap it for me like lol. The sandwich was literally built bloated and messy. The person didn't even give me proper respect either, they just treated me with a monotone attitude.

I prefer not to be the person to get loud and call out some people but maybe I might end up having to stand up for myself. I'm trying to work on it.

How do they even use the bathroom then? It's not like I'm homeless I don't even look homeless either.

Ordered a sub online Tuesday 08/20/2024. Waited 30 mins. Kept telling the employees I haven’t received my order. Showed the confirmation with the time of pick up and date. Was told by one employee that they never received the order. Showed proof the money came out of my account. Same employee stated since they never received the order it’s nothing they can and they can not make the sub. Even though money was taking out of account. Requested for a refund. The manager told the other employee that he’s not giving a refund. The same manager would not speak to me, ignored me the entire 2 hours until the store manager came back to the store. Poor customer service. Manger and the employee was rude and disrespectful. Call cooperate to leave a complaint no one answers the phone in the corporate office.
