I got in town late for business. Delivery driver was kind and met me in the hotel lobby on time. My gyro, baba ganoush, and humus were all plain and unseasoned - not even garlic (see pictures for lack of spices). Instead of tablouli, they gave me a mix of chopped parsley, onions and tomatoes with NO bulgur (the grain that’s in tabouli), mint, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, or even salt. This is a pre mix of SOME of the ingredients for tabouli, it is NOT tabouli (again, see pictures and you will notice the missing ingredients and how dry it is (proving it has no olive oil or lemon juice). The falafel and grape leaves taste good. The mozzarella sticks are no longer warm, and the fries are soggy. I recommend seasoning your foods and finding better ways to transport fries (paper bag perhaps) and mozzarella sticks so that they do not go bad while waiting to be delivered.
To the restaurant: A little seasoning only takes a second and goes a LONG long way. I am truly trying to help your business with these recommendations, so please don’t respond rudely as you have to other reviews. Half of my family is Palestinian and lives in Israel, so I know a LOT about Middle Eastern foods and spices as I was raised on this cuisine. Many of your reviews are low scores and I believe this is because of the lack of seasoning. Plus, you did not give the customer what they ordered sometimes - like me and my tabouli. Please talk to your cook. There is no reason I should not get my tabouli and instead be given simply dry parsley, onion, and tomatoes. I will be seeking a refund. Thank you and good luck with your improvements to your menu!!...
Read moreUPDATE: not much longer after I posted the original review back in 2022 (below), they raised the price of the burger by like $2. FOR SHAME! Lol Go for the burgers! A great non-tummy-hurting alternative to fast food burgers. We were looking for delicious, quick and easy burgers that weren’t fast food or the well-known ‘However-Many’ Guys burger joint many like. We had these burgers delivered with priority timing so they'd be hot and fresh — they most definitely were as well as quite juicy and flavorful. They came with fries which were warm and fried to perfection. One downside was the burger buns were slightly dried and easily fell apart. The flavors of the burger, in a sense, made up for the slightly dry bun but this place has some extreme potential to increase the level of their burger game with, simply, a better bun. Seriously, y’all, the price of the burger and fries is less expensive than a W*ndy’s burger combo meal, yet way tastier. As long as this place keeps up the grand burger-makin’ skills, we will continue eating...
Read moreOut-of-towhees, natives, steer clear. This is the worst food establishment I have ever been to. We were visiting and looking for a quick Middle Eastern bite. The shawarma police should check this place. The chicken shawarma was underseasoned and undercooked. The only reason I ate the meat was I felt for the poor chicken who gave his life for this meal. Otherwise no one should eat here. The fries were the best part of the meal which is a bad sign, that too were cold and served with two packets of off-brand ketchup. The salad was vegetables thrown together and WishBone Italian dressing. Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. The only value this place has is it’s gaudy neon lights illuminate the dark...
