I went into Taco Bell/KFC because I didn’t know there was a KFC and a Taco Bell here so I love me some Taco Bell went in here to figure out how their system works. I found out they have the same board behind the same counter everything I’m all right, so I went and waiting in line. The lady was cashing out everybody else in a line while the kiosks were a bit filled up And I was really told to go to the kiosk. I’m like I only came in here to find ask the question on the menu so I went to the drive-through. The drive-through doesn’t even work and the whole time I’m sitting there a while at the box. No one would answer then I went to the window and the lady was being even more rude like I told you to go on a kiosk the drive-through doesn’t work and you didn’t tell me to go to the kiosk because the drive-through don’t work just told me demanding me to go to the kiosk. I think it’s the manager on site because she’s the only one with a headset but all around in my experience of going to Taco Bell’s and KFC also will be in a DoorDash. Read moreI had to use the restroom, but you can't use the restroom with purchasing something. So I ordered. After eating I had to wash my hand and the cashier gave me this side look. When I was done I waited to ask for napkins to dry my hands and talk to her about the side look she gave me. I told if a customer ask for something you shouldn't give them a side look. She said it wasn't a bad side look. I told her any side like from anyone is a act of disrespect. Especially if you're a customer. I ended with you are here for the customer. She told she not here for customers, she's here for her grand kids. She clearly don't know what a customer is. She lost if she goes to work for someone else.
