I went through the drive thru and there was no one else in line but they told me and every car after me to pull into the parking lot and they would bring out my food. It took more than 10 minutes before I started to realize that cars that came after me through the drive thru were leaving before me, my boyfriend went inside to see what was taking so long and they accused him of not having ordered food because the man who brought it out (Seemed to be in a managers shirt) was on the phone and gave it to the wrong car. My boyfriend finally convinced them that he had actually paid for food that we never received and it took almost 20 minutes after that to remake my one Mexican pizza. I understand that this is fast food and you get what you pay for but I don’t understand how you can be THAT oblivious. He gave my food to a man in a black charger, I drive a white jeep compass. The manager is awful obviously because the service, quality and upkeep is terrible every single time. Every time I come, these people tell you to pull around to get your order in the front of the store. Then some confused kid comes out, asking everyone what their order was, trying to place who ordered what. Why TF don't they just serve everyone at the window? Read moreDon’t even bother wasting your time here. Drive through will tell you they can’t hear you when your screaming at the box. Two of them will take your order and then when your order is messed up they refuse to fix it and tell you “I took your order. You didn’t order that” when you clearly did and have 2 other people in the car to testify to that. This location needs a turn over and hire people that actually care to work management included cause they only cared to fix their mistakes when they heard me say I will call the store owner to my passengers.
