So I just came to this KFC literally like five minutes ago as it’s pouring down storming and I roll my window The wind is blowing like crazy so I look at the menu for a couple minutes after hearing them outside the car screaming at the microphone knowing very well that it’s pouring outside, so I can hear the frustration in the microphone and they’re talking asking me what do I want? However, for whatever reason 1+1 didn’t equal two to them and they didn’t figure out that the reason they were hearing from me was because it was raining outside, and my window is not down and I presume that that made them aggravated for whatever reason . so I pull up to the window to place my order and can you believe that these people tell me to go back to the window and that I needed to go back around to the speaker I explain to this lady who was black with dreads in her hair, that when I went the first time, all the rain came inside the car and she proceeds to tell me that she doesn’t care I needed to go back to the window, so I stuck my middle finger up at her and left. Then I called the store and told them that they were being lazy as hell and cursed them out for just the lack of service. What would happen if my mother who has a hearing disability, and always pulls up to the window would have did the same thing with they have refused her order absolutely not. It was the attitude and the laziness and if I’m not mistaken, she was the manager. It’s just so crazy to me how these are the same kind of jobs that people complain about all day that they have to deal with, but treat the customers this way, for no reason, and then wonder why there’s so many videos of people throwing things at them I think it would’ve been more appropriate for her to have at least even told me to come inside and place the order then to tell somebody that you don’t care that their car is getting drenched . What makes this all amazing is I have the whole entire thing on my dash camera inside of my car but you know what I’m not gonna go back to management or corporate like they always think people do. I’m just gonna write a review on the Better Business Bureau and hurt them in the long run that way, and five and 10 years from now when they’re all replaced with robots, I won’t feel so bad because I know I won’t have to deal with things like this. ALL VISITORS AND TOURIST DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. FOOD IS DRY AND...
Read moreWent through the drive thru. 2pm on a Tuesday. The worker starred to scream Welcome to KFC and started to rap, then another worker stopped them and said "What do you need?* my daughter behind me asked for a "Spicy Chicken Sandwich" the worker said "We don't have those" and my daughter then asked me "what did I get before" and that's what we got. So I proceed to order her 2 mini Sandwiches. Then the work was about to give me the total and I said "I'm sorry, I'd like a 2 piece extra crispy meal" and the worker snapped and said "We don't have that!" I said "the meal?" The worker said "we don't have any extra crispy anymore, only original" I said "wow, ok then I'll take a 3 piece tender meal" the worker said "I said we don't have anything extra crispy!" I said, "ok, I didn't ask of extra crispy tenders, that's fine" the worker said "side (with attitude)" I said "Fries" the worker said "Drink (with attitude)" I said "do you have lemonade?" The worker said "read the menu!" Then another worker got on and said "yes, we have lemonade pull around and I'll give you a total" I pull up and 3 workers are there making fun of me, 1 hands me a bag, the one behind is still talking about how "if [I] knew how to read, ain't nothing on there say extra crispy" another worker handed me my drink while I paid the other worker. I said "Thank you" then the one behind said "Bye bye" (waving with her hand, sarcastically) I looked at her and said "have a nice day!" when I started to drive away, the say worker stook her head out the window and yelled "Next time go to Popeyes" The 2 Sandwiches were tiny, smaller than a Hawaiian Roll with a piece over chicken smaller than my thumb. How is that $5?? The 3 piece tender meal .. the tenders were about the size of my pinky, dry, hard and cold. And the biscuit was rock hard totalling $10???

Read moreDine In experience: I ordered via the kiosk. 5 minutes after I ordered I heard my name called by a female employee. I approached the counter and the lady at the register was helping another customer. The employee who called my name was working the drive thru and never came out to see if I had come to the counter. The lady working the register ask the drive thru lady for change. The drive thru lady responded, "I have to go the restroom" and leaves the area. The female employee at the register asked the male employee for change, he kindly gave her the change she needed. However, he never changed his gloves that he touch the money and returned to preparing sandwiches. The kind lady at the register handed me the food and verified my name. She gave me a cup for the soda and asked if I wanted ice because there was no ice in the dining room soda machine. I said yes and she quickly got me ice. I noticed that I had a thigh instead of the breast I ordered and the soda had no carbonation. I got the thigh replaced. I finished my meal and approached the counter. I was at the counter for 30 second before the drive thru lady acknowledged me by saying "do you need something?" I took a deep sigh and politely ask if there was carbonated soda in the drive thru area because the dining room soda is flat. The drive thru lady said "no, it all comes from the same line". I asked if they had bottled soda". She said "no we have bottled water". I took another deep sigh and reminded myself, "this is not worth it". I politely said "thank you" and left the store leaving the flat soda on the counter. Drive thru lady.....RUDE! The male employee not changing gloves....MAJOR FOOD VIOLATION. Register lady....NICE. Based on my interaction with the Drive Thru Lady, she intimidates and bullies her...
