Taco Bell — Restaurant in Orlando

I see it says that this Taco Bell is permanently closed. But the sign on their door says that they are temporarily closed so I don’t know. Doesn’t surprise me though! They are always closed regardless. Every time I used to go there they would always be closed with no notice on the door or nothing. I would be forced to go to the drive-through.

Half the time when I order through the app they tell me that my order has to be canceled because of the fact that the manager is not there so they cannot accept cash or card even though I told him that the order has already been paid for through the app! Other times I go and they tell me that they don’t have any of the menu items that I ordered available even though I ordered in the app.

Shouldn’t it be your responsibility to update the app to let people know that that item is not available just like other locations are able to do? As if that is not bad enough sometimes they tell you that they are not taking mobile orders even though I advised him that I already placed an order on the app they go to cancel it anyways. They need to turn it off so that people cannot place mobile orders then.

Seems like a bunch of lazy people over half the time they are closed and over half the time when you go to the drive-through they cancel your order so you’re wasting your time there! You will never go to a worst Taco Bell. The creatures behind the counter don't speak. And you will throw the food in the garbage and call taco Bell corporate. No point in asking for help from the creatures. They don't care and don't speak. Prob get the same garbage left over 3 day old food. I attached a photo of the chicken from my chicken quesadillas. I took the chicken out to wipe off all the sauce so you can see the old rotted color. It's either not chicken or from a few days ago. No it is not supposed to be dark meat chicken! And if your dark meat chicken looks like that....you need to read a few cooking books. I think it is peacock or cat. Not 100%. Also they sell items on the dollar menu for more. For example: their dollar menu shredded chicken quesadilla is 1.29. never seen that. Another thing...their taco Bell is the first ever made taco Bell building. No joke. The actual first design taco Bell. The one from the early 90s. Do not eat here. If you have the option of this dump or the KFC dumpster next door. Do the dumpster. I promise!!! I attached pictures. This place closes down before the official closing time every night. The employees turn the signs off and everything at like 1:30. So that anybody that pulls into the drive-thru sees a dark pitch black sign. Even though they don't close for like 30 minutes. I think it's time to fire all of your employees and hire people that actually want to work and make the company money. It shouldn't matter how slow it is throughout the night you stay open until your closing time. This is horrible business. This is completely unprofessional. And you need to hire better people. You can tell this is a franchise because a corporate location would not allow this to happen. You have management as well as regular team members that are making decisions that go below the corporate standard. Higher new team. Hire new managers. Hire managers that will operate the restaurant appropriately. Hire a team that wants to work and make money.
