La Casita Pupusas & Latin Food — Restaurant in Orlando

Okay let's talk clean and clear I drove 45 minutes from Mount Dora to enjoy some Salvadorian pupusas for which I was very and extremely disappointed due to the fact that when I arrive there I had already called my order on the phone and told them what I wanted it so it be ready by the time that I arrived the restaurant itself the tables were dirty and going to show some pictures so you guys can see the customer service from The Waitresses was horrible not once they approach to see if we needed anything else or wanted anything else number two the pupusas hat no flavor now with that being said had no flavor they gave me the wrong pupusas number one number two the curtido had absolutely no flavor whatsoever so I was really disappointed in regretting at the same time I had already previously order for pupusas to go my daughter pupusas where disgusting I order a fresh Maley water to drink there which it had no flavor or other than sugar and water for which they charged me $2.50 it was completely not worth it my whole ticket including my daughter's in mine came up to $36 because we had ordered to go I will not recommend this restaurant to anybody believe me anyone whatsoever I would rather drive an hour and go to Kissimmee Bakery which their food is delicious their pupusas are the best and then Tire Orlando and Kissimmee area what you live and learn I will never go back to this restaurant the tables were disgusting all the tables were dirty including the one where we were going enjoy our tasteless pupusas if you are a real Salvadorian or your parents are salvadorians even though being an American person this is not how Salvadorian food taste that's why I'm giving it a one-star and that's because that's the least that you could give them that I strongly recommend that they change or switch Cooks for $2.75 each pupusas they are worthless tasteless not worth it😝😝😝😝 I also forgot to mention that we requested more curtido and they brought us a tiny little cup with curtido I also wanted to add to this review that the pupusas that I mention to take home they were burned and they were not what I order so out of all I don't think this restaurant deserves not even a 1-star it's completely at the disaster because they also gave me my order to take home completely wrong in bird which I'm posting pictures off I will never go there again and I will never recommend or suggest to anyone to...

Honestly the worst place ever! This place never want to take order if you show up at 730 and they close at 8pm they will tell you straight up they wont take your order. I been there in the morning as well and they will never open at same time. I asked them and they say they don’t have specific hour to open eve though the signs says otherwise. Their customer service sucks,the only reason I was coming here was due to must places that sell pupusas are in Kissimmee. But I found on OBT that will take your order even through the phone. Answer I have been there other weekdays that were not Tuesday and the stuff has told me they do not have specific time to open. I understand holidays are busy and we have all been working hard. However, this has happened before the holidays and after. I was there on a Thursday and show up at 7:30pm when I was told no more orders would be taken, I asked if there was any other food left since I was just stopping before going home after work and the stuff told me in a rude way “ there is not more food”. If that is the case maybe you should close the business instead of letting people in. I did not show up at 10:45 like you said. I believe you are mistaking me with someone else. This was such a horrible pupusa experience. First the pupusas were super thin and tiny. They are WAY overpriced for the service and size and flavor. The curtido tasted like nothing and didn't even look traditional and this is the first ever place I've been where they give you a tiny amount to go with your food. Second we were sitting without utensils and drinks until we reminded the girl. Third they gave my mom the wrong food and forth the place was FILTHY. They had maybe 10 tables, 8 of them were dirty and these girls made no effort to clean them. I'm a server manager, this front of house staff needs a retraining. The girls were too busy talking to properly take care of the front. Disappointed by this place. Will not be back. Look at how thin and empty. For charging above average price, you'd expect it to be filled and flavorful. These didn't even taste Salvadorian. No seasoning in the masa either. This place is a water of time unless they hire a real Salvadorian to teach them how to cook. UPDATE:. They messed up both my mom's order and mine. I order bean and cheese and they gave me just bean... This is ridiculous. They need to find a better staff!! Kissimmee bakery needs to show them...
