Me and four of the customer sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes this morning at 4:30 in the morning while I was getting ready to head to work, after getting aggravated, I went up to the window and started honking the horn after calling the store while I was in the drive-through Finally a lady came to the window smirking and said that they were closed. I told her to explain to me why 24 hour McDonaldās is closed at first she told me that they only had one worker which I know was a lie because thereās three cars sitting in the parking lot so thereās got to be at least a minimum of three employees but letās just say Iām wrong as sheās explaining this to me thereās two other people walking behind her then I asked her again to explain to me because sheās kind of mumbling trying to talk her way out of it. She then tells me that theyāre closed because they had a manager stalking the employees ā¦ā¦ā¦ā¦ā¦ā¦ā¦ā¦ā¦ā¦ā¦. ( AS IF THIS IS MY PROBLEM) and that was her explanation for them not doing any work not even letting anybody in the drive-through know that theyāre not taking orders itās basically screw you guys figure it out sit there like dummies, so then I called the store to get the managers name so I can speak to the store manager about it later on in the day after calling them almost 10 times they mustāve got the message that I was not gonna stop calling so they finally answered the phone and she told me who was I I explain to her that Iām a very upset customer who would like her name of course she had a smart mouth and didnāt give me your name so I hung up and told him that I will be there in the morning but as Iām writing this, itās probably best I donāt. I do plenty of work with McDonaldās corporate and I know within the next 5 to 10 years, those people wonāt be in the kitchen making our food anymore and I wonāt feel so bad nothing but miserable selfish kids they have working in these jobs sad part is even the leadership allows...

They could probably just have half of their registers update and reset one hour and do the other half the other hour, but instead they will tell you during that hour that they cannot take any orders due to system update, everyday at this hour. If it has to be all systems at once, it would be nice for them to do it at 5 am instead, because at least most other locations for fast coffee or breakfast start opening at 5 am. 24 hour locations are supposed to be convient for when you have no other options. This is a 23 hour location instead.
Below standard bad fast food orders: For the incorrect factor, all Fast food does it, but it is pretty bad when someone verbally checks at the speaker and at the first window, and the order is wrong on the receipt. How? If you got it wrong and are telling it based on memory, not what is on the order, then how is the order makers whom often get things wrong in the first place supposed to know you wrote things down wrong? This type of stuff happens more often than it doesn't here.
Drink refill issue specifically for this location: When you eat inside, don't expect easy refills. Since the employees have to do the refills, there are waits. Usually you can't get a refill till 10-15 minutes after you ask for one, if you can get anyone's attention in the first place.
Edit update: Don't get the Shamrock McFlurry or any flavor of these McFlurrys. They don't mix it, and no matter how much I tried to mix it, it tasted BAD because there were many moments of just pure syrup. It's a shame because I...

We order a happy meal, 4 mc chickens from $1 menu and a large coke. Total came out to be $17 and I used a 20% deal from app and then it reduced to $14.
When we reached to the cashier window, we were asked to pay $25 for the exact same items we had ordered. It was hard to understand why they were charging us $25. They also canceled our mobile order for some odd reason. We have been using mcd app since ages without any issue. My husband was going to pay but I needed more explanation to it which they did not have. At last, I got a little mad and told them to give us the order exactly same like mobile order and bring back the amount what showed in mobile order. They did that.
Then came time to pickup our order. We went to the next window. We were moved out of the line and asked to wait a little ahead to the last window. We waited 25 minutes for 4 mc chickens. That was something really unusual. And when I expressed my concern over this, the rep closed the window on my face and ran away.
McD has always been about customer service and staff being super nice.
