McDonald's — Restaurant in Orlando

I wish I could give 0 stars. This will definitely be my last time going to this location. I've been here several times too many as of today and have had so many issues with my food. From my orders being in correct. To even driving off with someone else's order. I would always call and complain every time. The solution from the managers is come back get my order done over and a free value meal next visit. I even witnessed on one occasion while I was sitting in the drive thru the tall dark Male manger jokingly giving one of the workers inside the middle finger which I felt was very inappropriate. Tonight was just the last issue I could deal with and instead of calling back to the store to complain about my 4 cheeseburgers with pickles after I specifically informed the young girl when I ordered no pickles. I received all 4 burgers with pickles. It's crazy because they were wrapped in the plastic wrap with a sticker on them that said no pickles. I truly believe it's too much joking around to where there's too many mistakes and miscommunication going on. I also believe it has to start with management first in order for the workers to be professional and do their job. I decided to take this as a lost tonight and not call the store but rather throw the burgers away and get burgers from this place called Culver's on Millenia Blvd. I was very pleased with the service and the food was great. While I'm still upset about the fact I had to spend extra money for dinner tonight for me and my son, I didn't feel like dealing with the same joking manager. I decided to write this review with hopes that upper management/corporate will see this and make some changes at this location. I've been to the location by Millenia/I4 and the LB McLeod location with great service. This location is near me so it's convenient but I'm definitely going to drive the extra distance to be able to get what I pay my hard...

The manager Natu at John Young Pwy and Americana Blv is the most nasty mouth wo.an at ever met. On Sunday 12/10 around 6:00pm at buy a #2 meal, 10 pieces Chicken Nuggets and 4 large coffees by the drivethru. Paid my bill and move to the second window. Receive my food but at the end I was getting a suoer big soda and I told her I didnt order that I was missing 4 large coffees. She ask me for the receipt and we notice the mistake. I told her I need the 4 large coffee and she state I need to go back and do the drivethru line. Why? Because you are going to hold the line. I told her please just forget about it and give me the coke price back. She call the manager and this lady came with a attitude and said " what is the problem about it? I told her everything and I told her I just want the money back. And she state again but uf you want you coffees go back on line. I said no. I just want my money back. She givevit to me and before she closed the window I told her she is not a good manager because I was the costumer and I was right. She slap the windowvin my face but at the same time she called me F...... B...ch!. My car was moving and I stop and went inside the store and ask her why she called F B and every one 4 employees and her just look at me and didnt say anything I get mad and request her name but nobody will give it to me until I told them that I will report this to corporation and I will tell them that everybody is complies. Them one of them told me her name is Natu. Very disappointed on them I go to this location a lot. I have 4 grandkinds and they love Mcdonalds but this kill it!. Order a few cheeseburgers and asked for extra onions and mustard on all of them and when I got beck to my office they did not put any extra on them, but they didn't put and of it on them. When I got back to my office I opened them and saw didn't have any and I called them. I got a recoding to leave name and number. I did. This was just around noon. At 3:15pm I called back as no one called me. I got the recoding again and left me name and number. Still no call back. Then the next day I called for a third time and someone picked up. I asked for a manager and she said she was one of them. I told her what happened and then she asked me if I ate them. I said yes because after call back right away and no one called me back I did eat them. It was my 1 hour lunch time and I didn't have time to go back and get back to work in time. This is why I called. She said because I ate them there was nothing she could do for me. I asked for he corporate office number she said it was 800 something. I asked her for the rest of the missing 7 numbers, she said she didn't know them. I said how can you be a manager and not know their number. She asked me to hold and I did then next thing another lady gets on the phone and said she was the GM manager of this store. I told her what happened and she said because I eat them there was nothing she could do. I asked her for the number she game me her supervisor and I did call me and got a recoding to leave your name and number. I did. Its been about 24 hours that I left him my name and number but no call back. Just tried again and same thing leave your number and name. Why can you not get what you ask for and when you don't why can't you get...
