Food, pastry, and coffee are amazing. However, the employees and their attention with the customers is not. The shop counts with 3 cashier spots, meaning they could help 3 parties at the same time, maximize and accelerate the service, which is not the case, they serve in one register at the time, making the line take forever while you can see other employees doing nothing in the back of the counter.
You would then think “oh, I can order ahead in the mobile app, so it is ready when I get there” I thought so too, and I’m sad to tell you that the app only gives you the option to order 30mins in advance and it’s not even ready when you get to the store, THEY WAIT for you to get there and prepare it, then what is even the point of a mobile app to order if it’s not going to be ready when you get there???
Today finally, THEY TOOK 30 MINUTES TO SERVE ME A SINGLE COFFEE.
The only time they were quick in serving was when they were asking for reviews because they had an internal competition and the employee who got the most reviews would get the prize, they served me in like 5mins that day, with the same coffee order. It clearly shows their lack of interest in their work unless there is an incentive.
So, if you have 5-10mins to spare on the way to work and you want to grab a quick coffee, PLEASE DON’T COME TO THIS PLACE.
And finally one thing I would like to say to the employees is that, customers can see on your faces how sad and miserable you feel on your job because you express that with your service to the customers, in that case, you should know there are millions of jobs out there, so if you’re that unhappy, please go somewhere else so people who actually enjoy helping others can take your spot and make the experience at the store...

I pulled up to the window paid and sat and waited for 15 minutes finally the window opened and I heard the worst words you can hear at a drive thru... can you please pull up and wait. after 15 fifteen minutes at the window i thought that was crazy but i pulled up and waited 10 more minutes. Finally i called them to ask what was going on and was told something happened and the lost my order and that i would have to wait another 8 minutes. my lunch brake is only 30 minutes and i wasted it getting frustrated over food i couldn't even get. i went inside got a refund for my order and left extremely disappointed. This kind of service is unacceptable people times are valuable. How do you loose and order when some one already paid and have been sitting there for 15 minutes.
