On January 7th I pulled up into the drive-through to place my order I needed to make a few adjustments the manager Gaudy was rushing me to place my order, and suggested that I come inside. I advised that I have a handicapped individual in the car, placing an order who is not able to walk. She then proceeded to not have any empathy of this scenario, and proceeded to tell me let me tell you something, as I attempted to place my order. So I did as she requested and came inside. Although there were no vehicles behind me ..When I entered I asked to speak to the person from the intercom and she asked me who’s handicap? As if it matters, and on top of that, I had to bring my minor son into the restaurant ( mind you this is his favorite restaurant) to be questioned on whether or not he could walk in himself or not. She asked who is handicapped .. The service and the discrimination is totally unacceptable. I do not think the others with physical disabilities would be OK with this type of treatment. Michael was also very rude and discriminatory as well .

Can’t speak on the atmosphere, but going off the service, it was lackluster. The man taking the payment didn’t smile, told me my total, took my card, handed my food, and didn’t say anything. The rice and chou mein that I ordered was completely dry. Safe to say I’ll never go to another Panda Express again. Update ** just actually tasted the food, the whole family did not like it. Ordered the family feast, fried rice, Chou mein, orange chicken, sesame chicken, and Beijing beef. Only thing that was good was the orange chicken and Beijing beef. Two out of five when it comes to food is not good. Noodles were dehydrated, rice dry and cold, sesame chicken was dry. Horrible all around.

Panda Express on Metro West Kirkman Road. This location has a drive-thru. Orange chicken is really good. Egg roll was a little dry. Would not recomend the Teriyaki chicken since it has a lot fat and cartilage. Waited about 5 minutes for someone to take our order even though there was nobody in front of us. Nobody acknowledged us while we were waiting to be helped. But once we were helped we felt the staff was very friendly. It is a nice store however some tables needed to be cleaned up and the trash bin was completely full. We visited for dinner within an hour of closing time.

I often enjoy going to Panda Express. Unfortunately at this location on Kirkman Road. I received the worse service from a very rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional server. Who showed blatant favoritism because the server wanted to help Latino people verses than help us because we were two gay men. Her actions were blatant and obvious because she started helping us and then stopped and immediately addressed the other people--she did not allow us to give her our order. Then when I realized what was happening I did address the matter to her. I asked the server-- Why are you disrespecting us and choosing not complete our order? I pointed out the server that she was being very unprofessional and wrong. The server would not respond and then the manager literally watched while the entire situation unfold. It wasn't until I requested to speak with the manager. Then she responded by saying how can I help you and brushed the situation over. As we were paying for our meal the manager offered us a discount--we did not care about a discount we wanted to be treated fairly. The manager never addressed the employee in our presence (I was not expecting the manager to belittle the employee in our presence but at least address the matter with the employee). A sincere apology would have been professional. I had to ask the employee to apologize to us after I clearly explained to her what she was doing was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Then the server frowned her face at men as she offered the apology. Then the employee went on a smoke break. If this is how Panda Express trains their employees to serve a diverse clientele--this business location should close soon. Because regardless of a person's race, religion or sexual orientation. If your customers treat the employees of Panda Express with respect. This same respect should be given to the customers who provides the income for their salary. Finally, if you don't like a group of people for any personal reason. You should not be working in the food or customer service industry. I would immediately suggest that Panda Express provide their employees with...

SERVICE DID AN OPSIE!!

We decided to go to the drive thru line and place an order for 3 plates. There was no Beijing beef left so we decided to look for another side. The server suggested the kung pow chicken but a few moments later he mentioned that they’re all out of it. So then we ask for spring rolls and crab Rangoon but the server then explained that those were finished too. We tell the server that we’ll just place the order and wait for the two sides of Beijing beef, one order of spring rolls and the two orders of crab rangoon to come out. The server repeats that he understood the order and that he would have our food out in his estimated 8 minutes. So we pull up to the window to pay for the order. The lady at the window took the card asked if we wanted to donate (we said yes) but didn’t give us a receipt (important for later on).

After 15 minutes the server comes out with just one order of crab Rangoon. He started walking off and we called out to him to ask where the rest of the order was and he said “Wait what do you mean?” (this was the same server that took our order). He asked if we had a receipt and we said that they didn’t give us one. We explained what we were still missing and he came back 4 minutes later with only two sides of Beijing beef and walks away again. We were still missing our other order of crab Rangoon and spring rolls but we decided it wasn’t worth the trouble and left.

I understand waiting for the food which was completely acceptable. It was our choice and we made it clear that we were ok to wait. It’s the attitude of the server that dropped off the food and unwillingness to repair the situation that left a bad taste in my mouth.

As far as the food quality goes the Crab Rangoons were definitely the best I’ve tried compared to all the other panda locations. The Beijing beef tasted a little off but everything else was on point. I hope they can improve their service for future customers!

Sincerely, A not so...

I am totally disappointed to think panda express is one of the places that I really enjoy. but today I really feel so disappointed. I went in today after having a long day at work. I entered and was greeted by Haitian gentleman. He was very nice but as I make my way to the food section Maria Chooses to ignore me and clean. I stood there for a while until another associate noticed that she was still ignoring me. and called her name to let her know that I was in front of her. She continues to keep cleaning and tells me to hold on after I already been waiting. For her to acknowledge me, I never had this type of disappointment for this location. I feel so bad I had no option but to walk out even though Maria could’ve had a bad day Customer Service come first. No hi no wait a second no I will be right with you no wait a minute until she was notified that I was in front of her which she already knew I was she just chose not to make eye contact nothing . I was waiting on her until the associate called out her name Maria that’s when she looks at me and say one sec and continue doing what she was doing, not only I do Uber eats at this location, but I’m a customer of many years so disappointed. And remind you, she was cleaning she did not even attempt to change her glove. She was going to serve me with the same dirty glove she was cleaning with. I just can’t believe it to be treated like that for...
