Its hard to start a new business and I get it but theres few essentials to make it happen that should be no brainers, quality, promptness, atmosphere and making people feel welcome , this place fails at all four,we waited over an hour for a sandwich that should take no longer than 10min( its not a four course meal!)place opened at noon and by 12.30 they were out of everything, not because of the demand but because they simply werent ready or prepared for anything, they looked confused, its also cashless, Italians like CASHHHHH(hint) but that part is ok, to each its own, however when it comes to the food, if you gonna wait an hour for sandwich it better be the BEST thing on earth and it wasnt, stale foccacia bread( probaly from previous day) foccacia should never crumble and be cold .. it was all bread very little meat, maybe they are under impressure but in this competitive world, you need to be better than this to make it, dissapointed … Stasios a couple miles down the road runs circle around them if you tired of waiting for a sangwich, youll get yours there in 5 min and they rock 🇮🇹 p.s play music in the joint the silence...
Read moreA panini is traditionally toasted or at the very least warm, but there is no option to have your ‘panini’ as either. I do not think that it can then be categorized as a panini, it’s more of a deli sandwich. I had the Vegan and my niece had the American, both are prepared with the black olive cream. I love vinegary type flavors and olives in general, but the cream had an overwhelming flavor. My niece didn’t end up eating her sandwich past a couple bites, and I picked at the parts of my sandwich that were more edible. My cousin was also with us and he did eat most of his sandwich, his opinion was it may have been better if it was toasted or at least warm. I at least tried the cream on his, as I’m vegetarian and couldn’t eat the rest of his sandwich, and it was better in taste. Another thing to note was I think olive oil was added to all of our sandwiches, it was an over abundance of it and it soaked straight into the bread. I love the concept, but the experience and sandwiches were overall...
Read moreI had visited Turci in the past for dessert a while back and was excited to see that they grew and were going to offer paninis!
I loved the one I got in Italy and it just brought back memories 😊
The shop is clean, nicely decorated with both inside and outside seating. When you walk in, you go straight to the counter to place your order (or you can do it online).
The owners and staff are nice and friendly, which sure adds to the great ambiance and food.
We ordered the Firenze (that artichoke cream, yum!) and the Demarchi both in Focaccia (nice and fluffy). The flavor combination of each was delicious and it sure tastes homemade and the real deal. It sure hits the spot!
We will definitely be back and thank you for a...
