Ordered 175$ worth of food for my team at my job for the Super Bowl. When my employee arrived to pick the order up they could not locate it. How you lose a 175$ order is beyond me. Then once found, they did not even offer to help carry out the 6 1-gallon drinks and 5 bags of food. Instead sat and watched as my employee walked back and forth 4 times to load it all by her self. Completely unacceptable. Let it also be known that I came in the night prior to place this order and was told "Call back in the morning and place it." (No Future orders??????) Assuming that came from the manager on duty. Ended up placing it online out of convenience since I know the odds of getting ahold of someone this day and age is quite troublesome most times. I work in the fast food industry and every time someone orders that much food for carry out, one, the food is ready and with in easy access and two, help is always offered regardless of tip or no tip. I called my employee to ensure a tip was left on the credit card receipt but after hearing of this I quickly changed my mind. To spend this amount of money and they just watch in idle as my employee does all the work. Was transferred to a female night manager and was rudely and purposely hung up on by said female manager. Called back second time asked to speak with manager. She said she was the manager. Asked why she rudely hung up on me she then stated because this is a prank phone call then once again she hung up on me. At this point I had no choice but to go back to location to resolve issue. Being a certified neck breather due to throat cancer I have to speak with an electronic device. Once I got to the store to prove I was no prank. Shstarted laughing and smirking to another employee. After exchanging a few words and her being disrespectful. I demanded full refund. She then told me to leave the store and I would get an email of refund however no such email was received. Had to go through postmates for refund and they told me I had to wait 2-3 hours to contact them back for refund. I myself will never order from Tijuana flats in college park nor will I be ordering through postmates ever again. If this is how alleged management handles their mistakes with customers . They need to seriously re evaluate who they put in manager positions. Nothing but total disrespect from the female...

I’m a bit disappointed that the manager that was on duty this evening which I won’t post name due to respect was so unprofessional in the manner she spoke or try to correct one of the cashiers. She was super rude to her and unprofessional called her lazy for not walking an online order to the proper station. What the manager failed to notice is that the order was place on a chair by another employee while this cashier was helping us with our order and it was not her fault another employee from the kitchen had placed the order on a chair. It is never ok to call your employee lazy In front of customers that is so unprofessional and not ok. I felt so bad for the cashier.
