This place has been on my list to try for a while now. Tonight was the night! I placed an order online for pickup. The food was ready on time and the staff members were friendly upon picking it up.

I ordered chips and queso, a side of rice, and the three taco meal with the Notorious P.I.G., Chick Magnet, and Mac Attack. Holy moly are these tacos good. The shells are crusted with cheese and hold in the generous fillings very well. No sogginess and not much falling out. The Notorious P.I.G. has a great boom boom sauce that adds a little heat. The pork has a great flavor as well. The Chick Magnet was probably my least favorite just because the honey chipotle chicken was too sweet to mesh well in my opinion. However, the garlic cilantro sauce is life. I would maybe order it again and swap the chicken for steak next time. Then we have the Mac Attack. Amazing! I don't know if they sell the Mac and cheese as a side item, but I'm definitely going to ask next time. It's soooo good and the ground beef inside is delicious, too. The tacos are a good size, too. They looked kind of small in pictures, but they aren't tiny and they are packed full. I could not finish three (dreaming about enjoying the leftovers already.)

The side of rice was just okay. Nothing remarkable. The chips and queso were really good. I love their queso! My boyfriend got a Tacosaurus bowl and he enjoyed it very much.

I am glad I have finally tried Tin and Taco and will absolutely be back to satisfy my next...

Finally came to my second location of Tin & Taco with some friends. I loved my original location, so I came into this with high hopes. The location is super cool. It's inside the same building as and shares a dining room with SoDough, another banging restaurant. So it's actually perfect for friend groups who are in the mood for different foods.

Service was good. It's purely counter service, but the employees helped me build the perfect meal out of my complicated desires. I started off simple, though, with the chips and dip platter. This was a giant serving of chips and three giant cups of dips, salsa, queso, and some guac. The chips were perfectly crisp and seasoned. The dips were delicious. A very good app for the table.

I went on to order two three-packs of tacos. I will say, some of their tacos are like, barely different from each other. So after decoding what ingredients were the most bang for our buck in each taco category, we build the perfect combo.

Looking back, I don't have any idea of what I ordered, but I remember they were delicious. The tortilla was soft, yet strong. They had to be strong, because they weren't exactly skimpy on the fillings. The fillings were all cooked well, well-seasoned, and each of the fillings played their roles in the overall taste of the taco. Very well done.

So overall, this is a very good taco joint. They may be my favorite tacos in town. I'll have to do some more...

I visited Tin and Taco in SoDo, Orlando, with a friend, and it was an awesome experience. I tried the Mac Attack and the Taco Bomb, and both were packed with flavor.

The Mac Attack taco was amazing! It featured Angus ground beef, creamy craft beer mac and cheese, crispy applewood smoked bacon, and green onions. The mac and cheese was rich and comforting, while the bacon added a smoky crunch. The beef was perfectly seasoned, and the green onions added just the right freshness. It was indulgent but still well-balanced, and I loved every bite.

The Taco Bomb was another winner. It had Angus ground beef, shredded lettuce, craft beer queso, white cheddar, pico de gallo, sour cream, and crunchy potato sticks. The beef was flavorful, and the queso and white cheddar made it extra cheesy and creamy. The pico de gallo added a fresh kick, while the potato sticks brought a satisfying crunch. It all came together perfectly.

I don’t remember exactly which taco my friend ordered (it’s in the middle of my picture!), but we both left full and happy. The portions were generous, and at around $5-$6 per taco, the prices were fair for the quality. The atmosphere was lively, and the service was friendly.

If you’re in the SoDo area, definitely check out Tin and Taco—especially the Mac Attack and Taco Bomb. You won’t be disappointed!

Quaint place. Tried the Mac Attack and Notorious Pig Tacos after an attempt to have the Off the Hook. They got a order mixed up, didnt even know it. I simply ordered new tacos, paid for them and said nothing. While I was at the counter, one of the associates spoke to my brother regarding the wrong order. (No big deal)The associate told the manager & they really wanted to do something for me though I did not ask for anything. They me a voucher for my next visit. For the food, the Mac Attack was great but the Notorious Pig is addictive, I tried my brothers Mac attack bowl, but came close not to leaving anything at all. The tacos have a slight hard cheese shell that gives it a nice little crunch. I also tried the Orange Hibiscus craft soda which was refreshing. Will definitely be returning here. In my opinion this the best taco joint in central Florida.
