Wawa — Restaurant in Orlando

I’ve always loved this corner Wawa — it's consistently clean and has fast service. Unfortunately, my experience tonight wasn’t great. We encountered rude service from a lady named Karen (though I’m not 100% sure on the name). She was unprofessional and unhelpful during our self-checkout, and things got worse when we returned to resolve a mistake with our order. As we were working with another employee to fix the issue, Karen walked over, snatched our sandwich off the counter, and threw it away without any explanation ( she wasn’t even working in the food area and she was dressed in sweatpants).It was really frustrating, and I hope she can work on her attitude and approach to customers. I have never had a problem with wawa but today I went to the restroom to Change my sons dipper and it really got me moody and confused at the fact that they don’t have a changing table for moms with baby’s or kids that still need there dipper change like you would think with so many people that make stops to wawa with there family that are on road trips and want to do a bathroom break and get food what happens to the ones that have baby’s do we have to change them on the floor or car which they are both really uncomfortable especially when you have kids that move around a lot like come on guys you could of at least provide us with changing tables in...

Always great experience. The morning staff is absolutely spectacular. Everything made to order as exactly I would suppose to be and I always feel that it's a little bit better than the picture even shows. Spectacular employees in the morning. This is a picture of them working hard. Come here every morning for breakfast and suggests you do also. Make sure you leave a review with those little red papers that give you to say how good they're service is. Positive feedback makes employees where he'd been better which makes our visit...
