This Wendy's has a tendency to not give you your receipt with your order, as well as not have very friendly, gracious workers/managers everytime. MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT IN CASE ANYTHING GOES WRONG WITH YOUR FOOD. I got a single small frosty this afternoon and right after I drove off I realized they didn't give me a receipt. But since it was just a frosty (which I've never had issues with in the past) and I was on my way to run an errand I needed to get done quickly, I wasn't going to sweat it. However, as I was eating the frosty and running my errand I realized it tasted weird. So I finished my errand and then went back to the Wendy's to return it. I knew I was in an awkward position since I paid in cash, didn't have a receipt, and it was an hour later- but I thought I'd at least let them know the frosty didn't taste right and would try to see if I could get any rectification or reimbursement. I went in and explained the situation and gave them my frosty. The one manager I talked too went to the back with my frosty and explained to the head manager that I had gotten it an hour ago. They sarcastically kind of chuckled and shook their heads at each other (within eye and earshot of me), which was totally unprofessional. Then the first manager wordlessly gave me another frosty from the same batch (which totally didn't make sense). It indeed tasted the same and I asked if I could get it replaced with a cookie instead, and the manager lady impersonally and adamantly said I couldn't replace it with anything else. I could tell they thought I was some kind of a pill from the beginning and I was incompetent for returning it without a receipt. While I should have made a point to have asked for the receipt initially, they should be the first ones to give the receipt to the customer. I used to work at Wendy's and I always gave the receipt to customers as well as treated them with more respect than I received today. So I ended up leaving and promptly called and talked to Wendy's customer service. I explained the situation and learned from the representative that I should have received better treatment that what I got, and that even though I didn't have the receipt and paid with cash, I should have gotten some kind of better rectification or reimbursement since I returned the frosty. I was told I will be contacted back by the General regional manager. I hope they follow through and the managers I talked with will receive feedback so this behavior is not repeated again toward me or...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is a updated review came at 8:20 PM on January 20, 2020 went inside to be waited on only to see the cashier on the computer and when the manager told her that there was someone up front she gave an expression as if it irritated the cashier I asked for a full size apple pecan salad the cashier told me that they only have half I told the cashier that it was okay but my I have extra grill chicken on the side not on the salad so as she went to tell the sandwich maker about the order she opens the salad picks the grill chicken out and shoves it up front as if I never even asked for extra grill chicken on the side wanted to get my money back but the manager was in the drive thru working a position while the front cashier is on her computer So to sum it up, Wendy's say quality is their recipe but forgot one key ingredient CUSTOMER SERVICE and not that the customer is always right mess but greet the customer when he or she walks in your establishment not hurry the customer or make he or she feel like a inconvenience that you want to hurry up out of your way then begin to get upset when I ask to have the order corrected and in return give me less then what I ask for if anyone reads this and has to work as hard as I do for their money think twice before coming to this restaurant it's not worth the hassle of spending your hard earned money on a place that treats you like a inconvenience plus over charges remember they never gave me the extra grill chicken the sandwich maker just dug the chicken out of the salad and put it on the side yep...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTerrible experience tonight. This location is my restaurant because it is close to my residence and I have been visiting it frequently for the last 6 years. I arrived at approximately 9:50 pm to dine in, the cashier (Shawn) took my order, I made the payment and I waited for my food. He hands me the order and I sit down to eat and suddenly I see that the same guy closes the restaurant and I ask him: oh, did you close? and he answers yes and I ask him if there's no problem that he's there and he just says he has to clean the lobby and I told him... go ahead, no problem (I was the only person in the restaurant). minutes later the "manager" of a very rude firm yells from the counter that it's closed and I have to go. I told her no and she waited for me to leave but I kept eating. A few minutes later she sent a girl to tell me the same thing that I had to go and I explained to her that the cashier never said when I entered that the restaurant was closed, he took my order and handed it to me and he never said anything about this, now they must wait for me to finish eating to leave and I did so. Her attitude towards me was very rude, she scolded the cashier in a rather harsh way for not having told me and continued with a threatening look. I had never experienced a situation like this in this restaurant. The managers I have met throughout this time are very kind and cordial. They should teach that lady how to deal with clients if she wants to have a...
