Wow, what an exceptional experience I had at Wendy's, and it's all thanks to the incredible management! My first interaction with the evening manager was truly outstanding. My daughter and I decided to grab a late-night meal, and to our surprise, the manager went above and beyond by offering my child some of the Happy Meal toys. It's not every day you see a manager engage with kids on such a personal level. My daughter was absolutely delighted by this thoughtful gesture, and it made our visit even more special.
What impressed me even more was that this manager was multitasking like a pro. She was overseeing the entire restaurant, which was buzzing with new staff and customers on a busy Friday night. Yet, she still managed to take the time to make guests feel valued and appreciated. That's a true testament to her dedication and professionalism.
Tonight, we encountered a small hiccup when the frosty machine was down, but the same manager handled it with grace. She politely addressed the issue I had with my frosty order and even offered a solution. She suggested I stop by tomorrow, assuring me that she would personally ensure I got my frosty. It's genuinely heartwarming to encounter individuals who are so committed to providing excellent customer service.
In a world where such dedication and professionalism are becoming increasingly rare, I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to this outstanding manager. Thank you, Ma'am, for going above and beyond to make our visit to Wendy's truly exceptional. Your kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and it's experiences like this that keep customers like me coming back. Wendy's is lucky to have such a dedicated leader...
Read moreWent there one day after work just to grab a quick bite and when I placed my order they informed me they were out of fries! Who runs out of fries??? I couldn't believe it and what they offered was the baked potato so I accepted that. After receiving my meal I noticed they upcharged me for the bake potato!!! Are you serious wendy's??? Won't be returning here again. Both the kids and I were not impressed with the service or the food. I used to enjoy grabbing wendy's for a last minute go to meal but after that service and food we'll just go across the street and order from PDQ! They have fresh tasty chicken strips and zucchini fries that are very delish. If you must order wendy's I would highly recommend that you find a different location. I would not waste time or money at this one. They don't have very good customer service skills either. Again im not bashing wendy's by any means I just wouldn't go to the one located off narcoossee in lake nona. This visit was a few weeks ago so staffing and or management may have changed, if that's the case hopefully they are working better to serve...
Read moreOn Sep 24 around 6pm I went to Wendy’s to order a 4 for $4 meal for my little one. The drive through was a little busy but most of the crowd was at Chipotle at the time due to Lake Nona Elementary School Event Donation (thank you Chipotle). When I was waiting for 6 minutes and no one came up to me to take my order I asked politely “Excuse me can some one take care of me?” The manager himself said “no you have to wait we are busy at the drive through” I said “really?” He replied “I pulled everyone to the drive through even the cashier you have to wait” I thought to myself “if you don’t want our business inside then you should lock the door”. At this point a couple had left because they couldn’t believe this is how they treat their customers. This is terrible Customer service and bad time management; it also makes the business look bad since they don’t care about its customers as bad customer to business relationships by the response given by the manager.
The drive through is a drive through it usually is always busy but you can only take so many cars before the orders start slowing down anyways. You should always have a cashier at the front and if pulled away to help with the drive through you should always keep an eye out at the front door. When customers walk in they can attempt to take the order and fix it but don’t forget to say sorry for the inconvenience we are extremely busy at the moment. This would have been a better alternative than basically saying we don’t care about the...
