My family and I have been here twice, and have had good experiences both times. We’ve had the white cheddar stuffed mushrooms, ribeye, fresh steamed broccoli, crispy brussels sprouts, steakhouse mac and cheese, seasoned rice pilaf, loaded baked potato, kids cheeseburger, kids grilled chicken tenders, and strawberry shortcake. The white cheddar stuffed mushrooms are delicious. They are creamy, salty, and gave good flavor. It’s good to dip the bread they give you in the extra sauce from the mushrooms. The ribeye is good, and they are good about cooking it at the right temperature. The first time we went it was too salty though. The broccoli and brussels sprouts are good. The steakhouse mac is a little too creamy and heavy for me. The seasoned rice pilaf has a lot of flavor, but their manager doesn’t even know if it’s vegetarian or not. A restaurant should definitely know which foods they serve are vegetation. Their baked potato is way too salty! I would never get it again. The kids cheeseburger comes with a really thick hamburger patty. It’s got a nice char on the outside and tastes really good. The grilled chicken tenders are your standard bland and salty tenders that you get at most places. The strawberry shortcake is some of the best cake I’ve ever had! The cake is light and fluffy, there’s a lot of strawberry flavor, and it’s not too sweet. It’s perfect, and my favorite! The service is usually good. They do get busy during dinner hours on the weekends. This is definitely my local spot to get a steak.

Great dinner! Upon arrival there was an initial wait time of 25 minutes for a party of 1, which I didn’t mind. The restaurant was already quite busy so early in the evening and even though the wait time wasn’t bad, I was still seated within 10 minutes. The section I was in was very crowded with much larger parties and families so I knew I was going to be waiting a few extra minutes. I would say it took an estimated 30ish minutes for someone to introduce themselves or even offer me a drink. Having worked previously in customer service as a server, I still remained patient and calm. Eliana had introduced herself and explained the reasoning behind the delay and I understood. She proceeded to tell me my server would be at my table shortly and still proceeded to take my order as to help her colleague get started. A few minutes went by and Ava was at my table with my appetizer, a glass of water, my side salad and the complimentary bread. Very kindly, she asked if there was anything else that I needed. Shortly after that, the manager, Mandy, came by to offer her apologies for the long wait and thanked me for my patience. She even gave me a discount on my appetizer, not that I wanted anything in return. My food came out perfectly, nice and hot, and everyone that had serviced me during my dining experience were very kind the entire time. Definitely making my way back here for the great customer service! Thank you ladies for all that you do!

My husband and I went to LongHorn Steakhouse for the first time on Valentine's Day. We were so impressed by how beautiful and high end the restaurant's aesthetic is. Our server was very professional and patient with us while we explored the whole menu. I wish I had gotten pictures of our steaks because they were cooked exactly as ordered. Instead we immediately dove in and they were delicious! I got the ribeye, medium, and it was so tender. My husband got the NY strip, medium, and the seasoning on it was incredible! We both got sweet potatoes as our sides (tip: ask for brown sugar in addition to the cinnamon and butter - YUM.) We ordered the Cheesecake and it was HUGE and decadent, and we were given a special Valentine's Day treat of chocolate dipped strawberries. The atmosphere, the food, and the service made our night so wonderful and we will definitely go back!!!

I’ always to take my family for a nice dinner at this place every Sunday, but some people should never be a servers. Today we have a such a bad server. She was really careless of us I call her attention by saying that I like my food fresh and warm because last time I was there my foot was cold but the answer that I got from her is that I don’t run the food so I don’t have nothing to do with that so who am I supposed to ask? I supposed to go to the kitchen and ask the people and the kitchen I also went order my food. I specifically say no pickles in my burger I say to her I don’t like my burgers with pickles and of course my burger had pickles I told her and she told me that oh well I told them in the kitchen ….I suppose …. Next time, who am I supposed to order my food from? I think I gotta go straight to the kitchen and let the chef know how to like my burger …..but like I say some people should never be servers. They just don’t like the job they do …. and like I say when I start doing this Review I think well first time or last time before this time they give me my food cold and eat anyway so I tried to talk to this server before they bring me the food this time so everything is being done right but of course, when you find a server like this lady is just pointless because they don’t like the job they do …. The The manager should always take this serious because little things like this makes. The restaurant...
