I recently had the pleasure of dining at Olive Garden, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The combination of delicious food and outstanding service made for a truly memorable evening.
First and foremost, the food at Olive Garden was absolutely fantastic. Every dish we ordered was prepared with precision and bursting with flavor. The menu offered a wide variety of options, from classic Italian dishes to innovative pasta creations. The portions were generous and satisfying. I highly recommend trying their signature breadsticks, which were warm, soft, and delightfully addictive. The flavors and aromas of the meals were a treat for the senses, and it's clear that the chefs at Olive Garden take pride in their craft.
However, what truly set our dining experience apart was the exceptional service provided by our server, Libby. From the moment we were seated, Libby greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She was knowledgeable about the menu and took the time to answer all of our questions, making excellent recommendations based on our preferences. Libby's attentiveness and professionalism throughout the meal were commendable. She ensured that our glasses were always filled, and she checked on us regularly without being intrusive. Her friendly and accommodating nature made us feel valued as customers, and it was evident that she genuinely cared about our dining experience.
The ambiance of Olive Garden also contributed to the overall enjoyment of our visit. The restaurant had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with tasteful decor and comfortable seating. The staff members were attentive and efficient, creating a pleasant and relaxed environment for all patrons.
In conclusion, my dining experience at Olive Garden was nothing short of exceptional. The delicious food, combined with the outstanding service provided by Libby, made it an evening to remember. I highly recommend visiting Olive Garden for a delightful culinary experience. Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner or a gathering with friends and family, Olive Garden is sure to exceed your...

Sitting at the bar can be one of the most up close and personal experiences at a restaurant. And these bartenders/waitresses were the most inattentive servers I’ve had in a while. Maybe they were new, but it felt like there was some common sense steps that were just not taken or taken too slowly. First, she asked for our drink orders which was great, but then did not ask if we wanted appetizers or anything else. After a while she dropped off the drinks but still did not ask if our orders were ready. We had to flag her down from the non-busy bar to put in our orders (we saw her multiple times standing/leaning on the counter talking and joking with the other waitress). After the breadsticks were dropped off she did not ask if we wanted our food order to be put in. and by the next time we saw her the large bowl of salad and bread was finished. I was hoping for some sauce to dip the bread in and when we managed to ask her for that, with a clearly empty and pushed away bin of breadsticks, she did not ask if we wanted more. When I asked for a box at the end of the meal, she did not ask if we wanted dessert or the check which I feel like would naturally follow up asking for a To-go box right?
These are little things that added up, I feel like if she wasn’t sure if we wanted more bread or if we wanted appetizers she could have just asked. Spark friendly conversation or ask how the drink came out.
She interacted with us the absolutely bare minimum and did not offer to add on dessert or anything else to our meals. And maybe she was new, but adding on or having a fun conversation is a great way for me to leave a bigger tip. I feel like if a waitress is not comfortable conversating with the customers or even just having a personality then maybe they shouldn’t be at the bar which is a very personal location.
Also seeing her leaning and talking with the other waitress while we sat with a bowl of sauce and 0 food to dip it in for 15 minutes...
Read moreWe went here for J's birthday with the family. We waited 30 mins to be seated because thry were a little busy fir a Monday night. I have a walker and they made me a spot ar the end of the booth. My daughter saw one of her past students their as a hostess that made her smile. (Small world). I believe our waitress name was Izzy but thus was in July, over a month ago. She asked us for our drink order and then asked if we wanted and app? We said no just to order. She left and came back. My daughter, son in law and his mom ordered the soup, salad and bread sticks meal. My hubby got the chicken with pasta my grandkids got chicken and meatball meal with pasta. I order a side of salmon only. No spices at all! Period! They were making me some bread sticks with just butter no garlic. So, my family were eating their salad then the grandkids meal came and I ask where mine was as our server came to bring my family their soups. She said I'll check, she was very busy with a party on the other side of us, and around. They bring out my food and it is covered with spices and what ever!! I lock eyes with her and get her to come over to our table. I show her my salmon and she says oh thats their way of dressing it up. I say, wait a min. didnt you put down No Spices Please, at All! She said I put that on the ticket. I will go take care of this right now, I said my family is almost done with their meals. Just wash it off and give it back to me I dont want them to wait. She said we can"t do that. So, we waited 20-30 mins and then it came out. No melted butter with it as I ordered but I was just starving so I said nothing. Like I said she was so busy so she just looked to see I was ok and my daughter got her eye for a strawberry cheesecake for my grandson's birthday dessert. She got one of...
