I did a delivery order through the Wingstop Website (Order Confirmation # 5474495790).
At 11:01, I received text message confirmation of the time my order would be delivered. At 11:07, the manager (Carl) at the John Young Wingstop Location in Orlando, Florida called me and stated that half of the order was left at the store (not placed in the bag).
He gave me two options - (1) come and pick up the second half of the order or (2) place another delivery order with a smaller item like a Ranch, because he had no way of dispatching a delivery driver and he would refund the second order.
Unable to pick up the order, I went ahead and placed the second order (Confirmation #8823079265). I currently have no record or notification on whether this order was refunded. Especially since this was an error on part of the store.
I will have to reconsider placing orders at Wingstop in the future.
When Island Wingstop Company forgot items, they remade them and had one of their employees deliver it to my location. Wingstop’s process is to trick customers into paying for their mistake. Read moreThe worst customer service in the history of customer service! I would recommend finding a different wing restaurant and going there. You could show them good customer service and they wouldn’t even know what that is. When you get there they always tell you that your food is never ready no matter how long ago you ordered. How are you telling me that my food that I ordered over an hour ago was not ready even though there’s not a single soul inside your restaurant and I see employees just sitting here twiddling their thumbs?
Then I have to wait 20 more minutes just for them to tell me that the foods been ready and sitting there for the past 5-10 minutes but nobody bothered to notify me that my food was ready! The few times that I have gone in there to actually pick up a customers food for Uber eats they basically tell you you have to wait and the wait times are over 30 minutes.
