I was really excited to try this place out because I’ve heard great things about it. The food was great but unfortunately the service is literally the worst. I placed an order for delivery which is an option on their online ordering portal. Then when I called them after the order was placed, I had called to make sure that when they delivered the food to please bring chopsticks, the guy who answers the phone told me that he never received an order, even though I told him I order directly from his website, I even gave him the order number he told me that it was a scam stop another website was stealing from him and then he hung up the phone on me. I went in person since I only live a few minutes away to see what was going on. Then he tells me that it was his mistake that I didn’t order from the right place that he just didn’t get the order on time and got upset that I was upset and told me that he was going to call the cops and cancel my order. His wife was super nice very helpful. He was completely rude. And because of him I will never order from this place again. Other reviews spoke about him as well, and now I can see why honestly, he was even rude to his wife in front of me, and kept telling her to be quiet while he was going on and on as to why he was correct, and why I was wrong. Long story short do not order from their website because you never really know if it’s a scam or not according to him and even though he gives you the option for delivery and you pay a seven dollar delivery charge they do not deliver, and they will not be held responsible for...

Maybe I've been blessed up til now, but I've never had such disappointing Chinese food in my life. The fried dumplings were more like pierogis, but were also really doughy and unpleasant. The lo mein was SO. DRY. The chicken pieces in it were super overcooked and dry, and the noodles were mostly flavorless and also dry. Like usually when you get a good lo mein, it's kind of oily (I'm not sure how to describe it). This stuff made me feel like I needed to drink after every bite. Normally I overeat whenever I get Chinese takeout, because it's so addictive; but now I'm wondering how I'm gonna stomach the rest of it for leftovers, when it was so bad the first time. I thought maybe it was because I ordered around 7:30 at night and maybe they were getting ready to close, but looking at other reviews (which I should have done first!), I see I'm not the only one who's had a problem. Kinda wish I'd ordered through DoorDash or something, so I could have at least gotten...

I has been going to this Chinese restaurant for the past 7 years. When I went inside today the front door had plywood all over one of the door's. When I ordered my food the gentleman behind the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful not only to me but to the lady who was on the phone calling in an order. When my food was done it was just left on the counter and nobody even told me. When I went inside he said very rudely " there's your food" . When I got home and opened up the container the chicken was burnt and the rice tasted off. I will say this. I am but 1 person who was unhappy with the food and the rude service I received. If it's happening to me who else is this happening too? Just alittle food for thought. I will say this I have been going to this same restaurant for the past 7 years and I can say after the rude and disrespectful service I had today I would seriously reconsider if I'll ever go back again.
