I have always loved eating at Arby's since childhood. But sadly today wasn't my best experience at Arby's. I ordered the two regular classic roast beef sandwiches for $7.00, but sadly both had been made with stale bread. Since both had been made with stale bread, it can hardly be accidental. After reviewing my receipt, l noticed the $2.79 charge for a medium soft drink, the cup has to stretch to hit the 8inch mark, it's truly beyond ridiculously excessive in it's price and just isn't worth the price charged, nor will it be worth ever coming back. Kneaders recklessly acted just as dumb and they soon all closed. Thanks Arby's, but your unjustified greed just surpassed my desire to EVER eat at your restaurant. Best of luck in the future, but people are tired of the unchecked greed and the open hostility. While l sat in the dining room, l watched a lady exit the drive thru lane and park in the next lot to the north awaiting her order to be completed, apparently her choice in parking location angered numerous staff members. Both verbally attacked the lady while in the dining room. She couldn't hear it but l could. This pathetic attitude towards paying guest exemplifies Arby's systemic fail at customer satisfaction. Might l suggest you either complete orders faster and/or keep your caustically abrasive comments to yourself! Sadly I won't be returning. THIS IS NO LONGER AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT I...
Read moreI come into Arby's often, probably too much but- EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I always enjoy my experience! I was in just a couple days ago and my wife and I got a French dip, some mozzarella sticks and a coke. A wonderful lady that was at the counter was amazing! She was cracking jokes with the customers up at the front, she was saying peoples names clear, she never stopped smiling, she was wonderful! She made sure to give us every recommendation for sauces and future orders to try. My wife and I couldn't get enough of her bubbly, and kind attitude! On top of that I also love the management at this establishment! The young lady from before began to have a "tic attack" (I learned what they were from her later on) and the manager handled it with ease as to not put pressure on her! He was understanding and kind to her and she was very apologetic and still continued to help out however she could! I really loved talking to the young lady and loved seeing manager take care of his crew! I will never...
Read moreI hadn’t been to an Arby’s in over six years.
Here I was, in the middle of the Arizona desert, and wouldn’t you know it...an Arby’s was right next to my next business stop. So, I pulled the trigger.
As soon as I walked in, I was immediately welcomed by one of the employees,a super nice lady. The restaurant was very clean, no complaints there.
Looking at the menu, I was a bit overwhelmed by how much they offer now. Chicken tenders, gyros, steak bites? Arby’s has definitely evolved!
I decided to stick with the classics since I enjoyed them back in the day. It’s sad they don’t have the Big Montana anymore, but the Half Pound Beef ’n Cheddar comes pretty close. I got one (with curly fries, of course).
Still good! The sandwich was stacked, flavorful, and the mix of Horsey and Arby’s sauce hit just right. It definitely satisfied my appetite.
I regret not giving them another shot sooner. I wish there was a location near my house, but if I come across one in Orlando, I’ll...
