Dunkin' — Restaurant in Oro Valley

Honestly, a disaster of an experience. There was a smashed, stepped on donut out front, which I know can’t be helped every minute of the day, but still eww. The inside was also filthy. Gross from top to bottom.

Two staff were breaking at the same time, just sitting at a table, loudly talking about their romantic lives.

Nobody was at the counter.

An off-duty staff was blocking the doorway to the back, in street clothes, talking to – I’m assuming – the store manager. Off-duty guy made eye contact with me several times, but didn’t alert anybody who could do anything for me. After what felt like ten minutes, but was probably more like five, off-duty guy wrapped up his conversation with the manager then went and asked the only person who was busy, somebody rushing to fill drive-through orders, if that staff could stop everything and make him a complimentary drink.

I just walked out. I knew the service in this location was terrible, but since it’s walkable from home, I wanted to give it a final chance. While I was standing outside figuring out where I should go instead, off-duty guy strolled by happily sipping his free drink.

I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwiches in the drive through. The man at the drive thru instructed me to pull up by the two trees and bush to wait for the food to be brought out. I was in a hurry to pick up my kids but I waited. I texted my husband at 10:09 to let him know I had to wait. At 10:19 I was still waiting so I pulled up and went inside. I informed the woman at the register what happened and she let the people in the back know what I was waiting for. The sandwiches had never been made at this point. At 10:28, I was inside still waiting when I was informed the sandwiches STILL hadn’t been made. I said I had to leave and I wanted a refund. At this point a refund was made an issue, so I left and went back through the drive through to get it. Not once was I apologized to, or offered for things to be made right. I wouldn't even give this location a star. I went to get my usual coffee this morning. I normally go to the Marana location but thought I would go to this one since its close to my work. I get there and pull up to order. The lady says please wait.. so I do so.. 6 minutes pass still nothing.. so I get aggravated. I understand you get busy its almost 8. so I go to the window only to find a man half way out the window talking to the guy in front of me. Come to find out this is the store MANAGER! I don't order from this place I drive off. I then call the store to let them know I was un happy at what poor customer service they had I needed to speak to their manager.. guess the response..
