This restaurant doesn't truly value their customers because if they did they would see that times are hard for everyone and wouldn't jump on the price gouging train and take advantage of them in order to make a couple extra bucks. You dine in and receive complimentary chips and salsa. Well, beware, at Pablitos, you want to take some home, they will charge the full price as if you were ordering to go! So make sure you are as sneaky as them. Ask for a refill at the table, and then just ask for a box instead of directly asking to take some home. Next thing you know, they will charge you to take home your unfinished burrito! Do you want sour cream to go with that burrito? Beware, they will charge you for that one small portion cup of sour cream that should definitely come complimentary. Anything and everything, they make sure they are charging. To me, that screams that you don't value your customers. It shows that you veiw the people who come to support your business as walking dollar signs and nothing more. That is not an atmosphere I want to be in or spend my hard earned money. It's ridiculous! The food is not bad, but I would consider it mostly tex-mex, and I have not once been there and have a waitress that actually smiled or said thank you. I have been eating here since you opened have always thoroughly were the best Mexican food at the lake. Not today Friday 11 12 2021 at 330pm I have not seen any of the staff before.i or ordered chili rellenos they were ice cold when they brought them. I told the waitress and she took them back and just stuck them in the microwave because the cheese was like rubber the chili was badly cooked. We ordered guacamole and it was very bland no seasoning the beans had three or four shreds of cheese and nothing tasted seasoned. When I went to pay I noticed that I was charged more then normal for my tacoswhich have always been 2 50 today I was charged 3.oo per taco I asked why and the key showed me a note at the reg that they were 3.00 I told her the menu says 2.50 per taco she called the manager she told me that the cost of the lengua went up. Mind you the menu still states 2.50 per taco I have owned a restaurant and you can't just raise your prices because of fluctuations in costs of food and leave the price the same on the menu. If the price of supplies goes down you don't lower your prices .
