Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Osage Beach

I used to love going to this location but not anymore. There's just one girl that kills it for us every time we stop by there. She's rude and a big time Debbie downer. It doesn't matter if you're disgustingly nice to her and tipping her doesn't help either so I'm over it. If I want scooters, I'll go to Camdenton. Not sure if Emma even works there anymore but she was great. No one wants a side of doom & gloom with their order.

I ordered 3 drinks this morning. The baristas told us to park for some reason. I never had to park at a Scooters before. I was the only customer there, so I circled back around to the window and they handed us the wrong order. They asked what we ordered again and I showed them my order on the app. They claimed they never received my order, but not even 2 seconds later, they handed us our order. My guess is that our drinks have already been made, but there was a miss communication with the baristas. They were unnecessarily stressed over 3 drinks and I was the only customer at the time. I ordered an ice americano. I took one look at my drink and instantly knew it was not going to taste right. It was very light in color. I said something to the girl helping me as I took a drink and she didn’t say much. It tasted like the last sip of a drink that had been watered down with the ice at the end. I was clearly unhappy and all I got from the girl was sass and an eye roll. I ended up having them make me a cold brew instead (which she made me pay more for) and I’m not kidding it tasted exactly like the same drink.
