This attempt today to get a nice warm Arby's Sandwiches, Fries and Drinks for lunch was a disaster! A Young Lady, Shayla took our order in the drive thru then after we paid she asked us to pull up past the drive thru window a bit to wait our food at around 1240pm. My Boyfriend went into Arby's at 118pm asking for our food and he was told by Shanelli the employees thought we had left never coming outside to see if our car was outside or not. She gave my boyfriend food which our sandwich wrappers had been cold, wrapped then unwrapped and flattened with about six cold fries in each with a white color to them not crispy brown. So, I brought back in our food and got a full refund. Carmella was the Employee who handled my refund and offered my cold mashed food back to me as they were going to throw it out but I wanted a warm meal so of course I declined. Sadly, while I had waited in line to return food, I noticed four ordered placed ahead of me. Three white folks and one black man who was second in line. Sadly, this location had all black employees and oddly enough, the black man got his food before white man ahead of him. It's like discrimination because my boyfriend and I are white going to an eating establishment with all black employees who treated my boyfriend and I like we had leprosy. So sad. Reverse discrimination at its finest. If this is what Arby's stands for then we will not ever dine at any Arby's facility nationwide as well as let our family and friends know about this horrible experience at Arby's on W Main St. , Kalamazoo, Michigan. Get to the window to pay and she says my card was declined, I explain to her there is no way possible. She trys again and explains she was doing something wrong. Waited a few minutes and our order is handed to us, we ask is this is everything in this bag & she says yes. Pull away and only had half our order in the bag. Not to mention our order came to almost double then what it normally does at other Arby restaurants, so I'm sure we got charged double since the cashier was very lost and confused with her job. Worst part is it's late at night so the doors are locked and can't go in to correct the order, and of course there was 6 cars in line at the drive thru. Put it down and taped it shut turned around and brought me all the food I responded with im sorry but I need a whole new kids meal as you dropped that on the ground and used it. Which the lady did, I went outside and realized I forgot the milk went back in to two lady's who didn't even notice again and were cussing up a storm about how I said something about them trying to give me a dirty bag when they finally noticed I was there they were extremely unpleasant!
