Wingstop — Restaurant in Oshtemo Charter Township

We waited 30 minutes for our food. It never came. I and a crowd of both new and waiting customers huddled up front. We waited for over 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. They only reason we were paid attention to at all was because several people started loudly complaining and calling out workers individually. When we said we wanted refunds we were apparently supposed to be happy with the fact that 40 minutes later our food was finally done. They have like 16 fry baskets back there but never used more than 3 at a time maybe. The couple my group started talking with stated they had been waiting for an hour and still never received their order. On top of that all of the drinks were ether out of syrup or running out. When we informed them of this (at the beginning of this nearly hour long adventure) we were told "ya they are just going to be out for a while sorry." Some random people in street clothes walked in, walked behind the counter, grabbed some stuff from the back, and walked out. No hats, hair nets, uniforms, or really any indication that they actually worked there. When I finally was able to receive my refund. The girl up front rolled her eyes, gave me attitude, and was all around disrespectful. I would say maybe it's just this crew or this location. But when I looked up the other wing stops in the area. They are all struggling to push 2.5 stars. This is the lowest rated with 2.2. I think this may be an over all wing stop issue on top of horribly rude, inattentive, and over-all uncaring staff. Do not go here, do not door dash from here, do not give your money to this location and debatably...

It was mine and my husbands first time trying this place. All I can say is HORRIBLE atmosphere. The food was decent but they need better trained workers. It was disgusting one guy was walking around the kitchen area playing with his hair. I watched him touch stuff without washing his hands first. That is very unsanitary. Then to top that off that same guy was walking around with his pants hanging down and his boxers and butt hanging out. No one wants to see that while they were eating. They also need to watch for drugs there. A man walked in and went to the bathroom. He walked in normal and a few minutes later came out of the bathroom higher than a kite making hand gestures and stuff. The strange thing was right before he came out of the bathroom a worker came out. Then to top that off the guy that was on something brought a bag of ice out from the bathroom and lift his shirt and put it on his stomach. How in the heck did he get ice in the bathroom? So strange. Then to make things worse there was no ice in the soda machine and we watched people get mad and say how bad the place was. Attempted to order take out on a Sunday night, during a Lions game. Expected it might be an increased wait. When I walked in at the time that was quoted for completion, there was approximately 20 other customers waiting for orders. When I asked for an updated completion timeline, one of the two employees working said, it’s going to be awhile. I asked for a time frame and he said, if you want to help cook, then come on..I asked other patrons how long they have been waiting in an effort to get a time frame, and more than a handful said they have been waiting for over an hour. One gentleman stated that he’d been waiting for 3 hours. I don’t assume the two on the line were the owners… but whomever is responsible for the management and staffing of this location… your patrons are pretty patient and understanding but when the customer service is exhausted due to lack of support… it doesn’t bode well for the future of the establishment. Too many options locally, food is too expensive for the attitude and service tonight. Now I have to figure out a refund for the food I did...
